HOW IS IT THAT YOU ASK FOR A FAMOUS BOWL WITH NO CORN, ORDER IS READ BACK TO YOU CORRECTLY, AND STILL GET A FAMOUS BOWL WITH CORN. WHY ARE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE BEING ALLOWED TO WORK AT WHAT USED TO BE A GREAT FRANCHISE, NOW GARBAGE. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THEYVE MESSED UP MY ORDER AND AFTER YEARS YOUD THINK IT WAS THE LAST. AND THATS JUST THE ORDERING. CASHIER DEBBIE IS RUDE AND OBVIOUSLY TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ORDERING AND ENSURING THE CUSTOMER GETS WHAT THEY ORDERED. JUST BRING BACK ROY ROGERS OR PUT UP A SONICS. THE COLONEL SANDERS MUST BE TURNING IN HIS GRAVE.

I have never waited so long .... not to blame the employees they looked as if theyd been working non-stop without breaks .... the management in the establishment needs to be looked into as every person in store waited on line for at least 20 minutes to be served and waited on. There was even an employee who was supposed to be the cook who refused to assist them and took a seat in the corner and went to sleep .... I was too hungry to leave but did scout the area for something similar .... I wound up staying but was not a happy customer today Sincerely, Why?

KFC always has thee most finger licking good chicken! Now my server, seemed to be tired or something. I wanted to just order the 2- Piece Drum & Thigh special she suggested I order the $5 fill up meal instead which was .34 cent more! Then she forgot to give me my drink that comes with my order. Like I said maybe the poor girl was new, or just plain tired at almost 4 oclock in the afternoon. But the food never WAVERS! Always GOOD! The place was clean as well behind the counter and the eating area. So.....

Worst experience EVER!!!!! The best part of ma meal was the beverage!!!!!! Wat a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!! Understaffed on a Saturday night, cashier duin 2 jobs makin her just as slow as the 2 ppl controllin the drive thru and the helper they had in the back which moved like old sticky molasses.....OMG the level of pisstivity i have makes me REGRET ever choosing to eat from here

Quick lunch ..Turns into a long wait on drive thru ...Theres always suppose to be 2 people on drive thru..not one person taking orders and packing orders...I worked drive thru for 8 years at KFC and this is unacceptable...and my potpie was turned sideways by the time I got back to work to eat the filling had started to leak out in the bag....not cool..

Worst KFC I have ever been too! Service took forever and a day! And the staff was moving so slow as if they had no one to tend to. One girl kept walking around talking about how she cant wait to leave! This location is a shame to KFC! The 5 dollar fill up was not very full. Extremely stingy with the wedges and gave us the smallest pieces of chicken!

I made 2 orders of the famous bowl meals and because they didnt have 1 of the drinks i didnt order she just made 1 drink walked away and then asked why i was still there. I mean i did pay for 2 drinks just because they didnt have the 1 that was ordered i qouls have picked something different. She had a horrible attitude also....Smh....

Poor customer service. The speaker system doesnt work in the drive thru. The lady with the thick accent at the window knows that the speaker is all static but shes mad because I cant understand her. They only have 3 drinks diet Pepsi, mountain dew and root beer. All because my mom wanted extra crispy chicken

This place plane sucked. Didnt get what we ordered, out of everything, cold OLD chicken, etc. It was only 10pm and they closed at midnight. Worse experience at KFC, drive thru window was full of liquids. Drive thru lady was polite though, shocked me all to hell.

Ta-Tiana my cashier was bubbly and polite. Its nice to have such behavior in the good. I never had any issues with service here, The drive up service needs better time management but some customers contributes to the slowing of the hold up in service.

It was the most dirty, unprofessional and disrecpectful KFC across the tri-state area. I came here 6 different times and each time the staff became more unprofessional. Especially the night shift. Someone needs to look into this place right away.

The staff needs to be replaced. The only person NOT moving like a sloth was the person on drive thru. We stood in the lobby and waited for 15 minutes before they even started preparing our order. Next time Ill go to East Hanover.

Shittiest customer service. Never gets orders accurate. When you call back to complain they give you attitude and then hang up on you. They then refuse to answer the phone when you call back. DO NOT GO HERE.

Basic KFC....but if youre going through the drive thru make sure that they have your order correct before driving away . A few times I ordered grilled there and they gave me crispy.
