Service is everything in any SERVICE JOB. Certain staff are quite rude and disrespectful towards customers. It seems that they are hanging out at a social gathering thing providing for their customer. If you are not someone who knows a staff directly or overly chatty you get overlooked and given attitude. On more thing one occasion due to staff carelessness and staff bantering my order was screwed up. When I addressed it and asked for a new sandwich the girl and unfortunately its always a female, was extremely rude about it. As if I wasnt paying for my order and should take it as is. On another occasion Ive heard a female staff quite loudly speaking rudely about a customer to another worker. And that same girl afterwords refused to wrap the customers sandwich. She asked another staff to wrap it when she was in line the whole time wrapping every other order. The foods that Ive tried are good, but there are way too many choices of eateries to go to a place just because I like the food. SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. When certain staff are on shift it is a horrible experience. I use to try to go when I thought those terrible workers werent on, but I shouldnt be made to feel unwelcome at a particular time.

Ive went once before in January to this location, i told the person under the "Order Here" sign that i wanted Chicken Cutlet and told him Ill be right back, i come back in 15 mins and they didnt even make it, so i left. First time i let it go. But I went today and was not pleased. I order the same sandwich as before and a Honey Turkey and Cheese sandwich for myself. First off a cold Honey Turkey sandwich more expensive than a Chicken Cutlet. Secondly they have no signs or any notification that pickles and sweet peppers was extra money. The wait was about 25 mins before they mistakenly made a half sub instead of a whole sub like i ordered so i had to wait for that aswell. And lastly when i got to the cashier she also charged me for a extra pickel that i did not get and i had to be reimbursed. Only reason i give this a 2 stars because they honey turkey and chicken cutlet taste good, but not 16$ a sandwich good.

Sandwiches Unlimited is an Institution in Orange. I have been a customer since the shop was on Main Street in Orange and it continues to serve GREAT sandwiches as it always has. Wow, They know the ingredients of an authentic "Italian Sub" (thats a number "4" on the menu)! Believe me there are so many sub shops that dont have a clue. The italian sub roll is always fresh and the portions are very generous at a most reasonable price. Yeah the staff can get a little rowdy, but thats part of the experience. They always get my order right. And thats what counts!

1st gentlemen that takes the orders not customer friendly except to people he knows seems to change his attitude. Was there with my family and they noticed the same thing. Food was gops 1sr initial contact should be an experience not like he doesnt want to be there . Also noticed another customer extremely upset so bad it looked like she orders a bunch a orders and then just left them because she was upset with the same gentleman....maybe they should switch him to the grill and get a more friendly and inviting greeter and order taker ...

Food is always good. Everything is made on the spot except the desserts. Only problems I have is they cant keep up with orders or mess orders up and sometimes slow. I dont understand why they cant have some type of electronic system where you order at the register or a kiosk and then everything is displayed on a monitor to the cooks. Being in business for 43 years I know they can make upgrades. Regardless I will still support Sandwiches because the food is good!

You get alot of food for your money, just cause you get alot doesnt mean its going to taste good. i rather have Quality of Quantity ya know. Every time i go they have a whole football team as a staff. ok sure maybe it can get busy during certain hours but i dont think there is a need for 15 people to behind the bar. I think this place is overrated. i would rather go to Subways

Ive been going to Sandwiches Unlimited in Orange since I was a child. This place has amazing food and the workers are nice too. I think the best thing there is the strawberry shortcake, its to die for. Go on in and try,u wont be disappointed.

OVER RATED!!! Service was terrible - too much confusion on the sandwich assembly line (sandwich sat unattended twice). Customer dont want to hear employees arguing (ghetto !!). Cheese steak slices were too chewy - what grade beef is this?!!

Wow, things change, was told that I could not get the pastrami trimmed, dont care for the fat, Randy the owner would always tell us to trim the fat, I was told that they do not do that, it has no fat, took a bite, I got a mouth full of fat
