Bought a pound of pastrami and received 1/2 lb instead I came back the next day to make them aware of the mistake I was not mad as people make mistakes the owner an older Chinese lady was very rude and nasty when I told her of the mistake she basically telling me Im a liar as well as my wife too. I will never step foot in there again. She is rude and nasty and does not deserve any business. Her employees looked at me like this wasnt the first time.

I work at Kaiser and have been coming here often for the last 5 plus years. Salads and wraps are always on point. All the ingredients are fresh and good quality. You get in and out quickly or better yet, can order for pick up and have lunch ready in 10 minutes. We cater for meetings from here often and they do an awesome job. The orders are delivered in a timely manner and are always correct. Friendly, attentive staff.

This place sucks they get alot of business and want you to pay cash only I think its wrong to force customers to pay cash all the time some people dont walk with cash all the time they need to start taking credit cards.
