I became violently ill after consuming your food. I was in bed for 4 days, with a bloated stomach, nausea, and fever. I got the tofu bowl - brown rice, black beans, tofu, hot/mild salsa, lettuce, corn - I was in bed for close to a week with a bloated stomach and could barely consume liquids. I felt weak and nauseous during this time. I was unable to consume any solid food until the 5th-6th day. I reached out to the restaurant on Sunday, the 26th, around 1-2 in the afternoon once I was feeling better and I asked to speak with a manager. Before I could fully explain what happened, the manager (a female, I forgot her name) basically said "ok, awesome; you can go online, bye." I am beyond disappointed in the manner I was treated; there was no empathy, no apology, no nothing! I became sick after eating food from your restaurant and when I tried to bring it to the attention of management I was given the dial tone. I also tried to mention to the manager that on previous occasions, members of the staff would mislabel my tofu as chorizo(Pork) so I dont know if was possible of some tampering between meats due to lack of recognition. I am absolutely mortified at the fact that your food made me sick for 5 days, and that your manager kicked me off of the phone when I tried to mention it.

Food is always cooked perfectly and havent had any issues with orders. The line staff and cashier have been very unpleasant a couple of times I have eaten there. On the contrary the Management is fantastic, especially the gentlemen named Jordan. He is always kind, courteous, and seems invested in what he does. So I have mixed feelings about this particular Chipotle. Would be five stars if the line staff was even a little pleasant.

Ordered online and when I went to pick it up 30 minutes later, they didnt start making it. Instead of putting me as a priority because I had already paid, they made other peoples orders before mine and then told me they didnt have any brown rice, and gave me cold white rice. This was my first time at chipotle and I will likely never go back

For a chain restaurant they actually have a very good menu selection with decent quality food. I particularly enjoy their salsas and the Sofritas. I have cut out all meat and dairy without sacrificing any taste or enjoyment, in cast, I think the plant based options here taste better! Has off to Chipotle

Ordered online to be picked up at 4:30. I arrive at 4:40 and they didnt even START making our food. Also youd expect them to have brown rice ready at least if youre giving them ample time by ordering online but I guess thats not how they run their business.
