My awful journey with circle pizza in Avalon New Jersey all started with the phone call. I had to call and order 4 times. They hung up in the middle of our phone call the first 3 times. Then after we waited for over an hour (even though they guaranteed 35 min) for our pizza and bruschetta we found out not only was our order wrong but we were charged way more than what the menu said. The delivery guy drove away before we noticed so we decided to suck it up and eat it anyways. The pizza was just not good, thats the only way to describe it. The bottoms were burnt and weirdly chewy. They will definitely no longer get my business.

We have been vacationing in Avalon for 25 years and every year look forward to eating at Circle Pizza during our stay. This year it seems the pizzas have changed. We were very disappointed in the quality. It was very thin crust and smaller in size. It barely fed 4 people. Thank goodness I got a salad too. 4 drinks, a salad and a large pizza cost $40! Ridiculous! Over the years I thought their prices were always high because its the beach- and thats ok, but this year I can say I dont think I will be going there anymore. What happened to the quality of pizza you serve Circle Pizza? Very disappointed.

Circle used to be good, before 2017. Last week we ordered a large plain, it came out super thin with almost no sauce or cheese. Figured wed try again, this time was even worse. When chewing the pizza the crust was very tough. I spit out what appeared to be pieces of parchment paper which were baked into the dough! Disgusting. I was able to unroll the paper which i was chewing and pull it apart, a fibrous mess. Someone needs to call the health department on this kitchen.

Bad service. Plain and simple bad service. Ordered 2 slices of pizza and couldnt even heat them up. My girlfriend ordered a cheeseburger and it took 15 min for them to remember that we ordered a cheeseburger For them to put it on the grill. Then the dirty looking fat kid couldnt wait for us to get done eating before he decided to mop under the table ware we were sitting. Just bad experience.

Burger meat was the size of a quarter, all covered with ketchup and bun and very very pricey. DONT PUT TIP MONEY INTO THE TIP JARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make sure the help puts it directly into their pockets....... The tips you think you are giving to the help, goes straight into the owners pocket. He keeps them for himself. More than one employee told me this!

My experience with Circle pizza was not the best. To start off the service is awful. My phone call was cut off more than once. After four times of calling my order finally was received. When I got my order it was not only wrong, but also priced wrong. After I ate my order I got diarrhea. This has been my worst pizzeria experience I have ever had.

The worst pizza shop on the east coast... these idiots they let run the place shouldnt be allowed to cross the road on their own. Took 30 minutes after my kids were done to get a burger... and the pizza guy shoved his nasty hair in his cap over and over. Picked his nose constantly and forget his hands.. he probably hasnt bathed in weeks

Ok pizza, definitely not the best but theyre not many options. Our waitress was very rude and threw salad at us... But if your not eating there for a family dinner night, just popping in for a slice is not too bad. Good pizza. But never answered the phone and after ordering/paying online I was told that I had to wait in line with everyone ordering. By the time we got the pizza it was cold. Many people were complaining & The manager just kept making pizza and wouldnt even address/help the front cashers out. Needto step up the game

The food is below average. My wifes sandwhich was lacking any flavor or seasoning for that matter. It was just cooked and slapped in a bun. The sauce is watery and not too appealing. The pizza had some flavor but the cost of the toppings compared to what you get was not worth it. We will not be back.

We were in Avalon for 2 weeks and ordered from this place twice. Both times we called ahead, they gave us the usual 30 to 40 minute wait time but ended up waiting over an hour. This place is terrible dont both, plus the staff is so rude.

Took my granddaughter and grandson. We had mozzarella sticks and a small pizza. Both were very good. Would recommend this place. Only negative was the table was very sticky, not clean.

$68 dollars for dinner. 2 pizzas, a Stromboli the size of my hand, fries, and a salad. Forgot half our order and didnt apologize. Service was terrible! Was hung up on twice!
