Our waitress was okay at best she wasnt very attentive and when we wanted to leave she was slow with the check. On the other end of our experience I was hoping that the food would save the night. I was let down…well maybe a better way to say it would be…thrown down, hard. I ordered the bourbon molasses sirloin and it was garbage. The steak was over cooked, burnt on the edges, a terrible cut, and wasnt even seasoned with salt and pepper. I got a side of mashed potatoes and veg(green beans, asparagus, and carrots) the mash is about the only thing I could eat all of-the veg was clearly microwaved and just disgusting all together. I definitely will not be returning to Hanover, NH Salt Hill Pub. I may give the Lebanon, NH location a try but it certainly wont be my first choice.

If youre looking for the nightlife in town, go here around 9PM and follow the crowd. Its one of the busiest bars in town for a reason. Check the calendar for regular events like Karaoke, triva, and a mix of amazing and horrible musicians with the volume turned up to 11. For lunch/dinner, what it lacks in atmosphere it makes up for in food quality. If youre coming here to get work done, please note that their wifi is excellent - up until they turn it off every night!!!!! As someone who works on the go all the time, this is awful. Deducted a star, considered taking off two.

We went there on a Saturday night, the place was half full yet the service was the worst we have ever had anywhere. It was almost non existent. The wait staff was pleasant but we were there for 2-1/2 hours and saw the waitress a total of four times. It took forever to get anything. The food was ok at best. This was the second experience we had here that was not positive. We wont be going back any time soon. Good luck!

My boyfriend and I love to spent some time away from his kids on the weekend nights so we come grab dinner at salt hill and we drink a beer obviously being cautious who ever drives only takes a drink and we often change turns but I just want to express how much we like coming here and enjoy our time together. The place has an awesome atmosphere. The people here are nice and pay attention to your needs!

Outstanding World Cup atmosphere last night. Fine cold libations (great happy hour deals on craft brews) and superb buffalo wings (Mondays!). Even with a deluge of customers the staff managed to hold it together with an adept floor manager. Whether youre looking for a dark corner or a breezy outdoor seat, this place has it all. Great pub.

Its hard to believe this is the same restaurant as just down the street in Lebanon. The food is never right, overcooked, undercooked, and slow. The wait staff isnt particularly helpful about it, either, and are not friendly. Do yourself a favor and go down to Lebanon, much better experience.

Best wings in the Upper Valley, nice beer selection. Staff is very friendly, crowd is good. I go every week and most of the time, my "usual" arrives at my table shortly after Ive sat down without my having to ask for it. Cant get better than that.

Fries were not very well made, as they were overly crispy and or the center did not have the right texture. The hummus was not that great and I did not find myself wanting more. The service was fine and entertainment (improv) was amusing.

College crowd pub with ample seating, an average size bar and OK beer tap selection and drinks. It has an overall average feel with a touch of dingy. It does have some outdoor seating, a shuffle board and average prices to balance out.

Awesome Food, does get busy,especially during the weekends. College crowd as well as family friendly. Onion Rings are made in house, and melt in your mouth. Highly recommend this place.
