Where do I start. The service was barely okay, the food was not at all. As soon as the plates were brought out, they looked dirty. Like they were only rinsed off and you could still see grease smudges all over it. Im not sure if thats how the plate material looks, or if it really was dirty. Either way it made me feel like I was eating at a restaurant that desperately needed a health inspector to shut it down. My "well done" burger (how ground beef is supposed to be cooked) was pretty pink in the middle. The bottom bun was red from this and soaked with grease. I ordered the black & bleu (something like that), bleu cheese and mushroom burger. It really didnt taste like anything. It taste more like all the grease that was dripping from every bite. There were only about 10 fries on the plate. Im think maybe they were trying to make it look like a "gourmet" plate because I ordered a "gourmet" burger, but it really just made the plating look sad. Sorry RR, but you are in no way a gourmet restaurant. Give us a few more fries. Last, but not least, there was a hair on one of my fries. Now I get that hair happens and I usually just put it to the side. However, this whole experience still has me completely grossed out that I even ate this stuff. I will never be going back to this place. Its fairly clear that no one cares here.

Coming here over the years has been hit or miss. Food is generally good. Service is sketchy. One time we complained to management after we left and were treated to a free meal. Server was on his game the next time. The previous visit the manager was never seen and our server had genuinely tanked it. Last visit was very normal for this spot. Good food again, server seemed like she had better things to do. We had to ask for dessert, rather than being offered a menu. Had to ask for refills on fries and soda. We are tempted to go to Sparks, but it is so far from where we live/work. So try it. Good location, good food, roll the dice with service.

Upon delivery of our burgers, we noticed that our burgers had American cheese even though we ordered differently. Our waitress Courtney noticed the issue right away and offered to fix the burgers stating they were placed to be made with Pepper jack as we asked for but the error lied within the kitchen. We then were approached by the manager Scott who apologized for the inconvenience and politely apologized again for the mistake. It was nice to see them own up to the mistake and even though we enjoyed our burgers with American instead, I was delighted about the service and consideration of the staff! Great service!

Red Robin has been one of my favorite places to eat forever, and I have been visiting this Red Robin ever since Ive lived in Reno. However, the last THREE times Ive been to this Red Robin, I have had the same waitress who is completely awful. I asked to have the check split between my friend and myself, and she has screwed that up each time, and she never came back to give refills on drinks. This restaurant has wonderful burgers, but I am so disappointed in the service Ive had.

Of the major restaurant chains I believe Red Robin is one of the better ones. This location is conveniently located in Reno near olemty of other stores and has plenty of activities for the kids, a large bar, and plenty of seating. Recently I went during the busiest time of the week. The waitress was certainly rushed, but did her best to at least acknowledge us. Food was good. Lots of healthy and unhealthy choices!

I ordered a mac and cheese double to go and when i opened it up i was shocked to see a child size portion of fries. Then i opened up my burger wrapper to not see any mac and cheese. Once i opened my burger i finally found the one and a half tablespoons of mac n cheese when the picture on the website showed it overflowing. Then i notice the lettuce was completely withered. This burger disappointed me greatly.

Red Robin is towards the top of our list for places to eat while in Reno. They have good food and are usually pretty quick to get you seated. But recently it has become a longer and longer wait; even when over half the tables are open. Not sure if they are short on waiting staff or if there is a new policy, but it has been taking about 15-20 minutes at the least to even get seated.

Very good food, reliably delicious every time. The French Onion soup is amazing, although it has excessive amounts of cheese. We had a chipped bowl, which concerned one of my party members greatly, and she was upset that a manager never came out to apologize for it. Personally it didnt bother me though, and Id count it as another great experience.

I was there last night...I tend not to patron chain restaurants... Burger was good. However I felt rushed... Our waiter Ryan came over and said he was getting off soon because he was in overtime and his manager was complaining. Were we going to pay in cash or card. I felt bad for him but it ruined my mood. Thats bad customer service.

The first time I ever ate here was when I was meeting my half-brother for the first time. It was a great experience all around. They didnt rush us, let us sit and eat and talk for hours. The food was fantastic, they didnt mind me specializing my order since I cant eat gluten and they were friendly and fast. LOVE this place!

Food has always been good but we waited to be seated for 45 min, which is fine we were warned, but the our waiter took a bit to show up. After that the service was fine. But the mens room was pretty bad . My mother wife and sister all said the womens room was disgusting.

Horrific service. If you get the food you order it will be cold. Servers have and give attitude rather than bothering to refill you soda. I could go on. This is an issue time and time again. Cant rate the food as it seldom arrives ato the table. Restrooms are filthy!

The service there is awful. I will never ever eat there again. Ive been there 4 times and 3 times the service was awful. Im going to make sure their corporate office hear about my experience and see the video I recorded while interacting with the staff tonight.

The food and drinks were great in quality, not to mention the employees attitudes were top notch. The only downside to this place is what cripples almost all Red Robin places: Extremely long wait times for the food to come and same applies to the refills.

Red Robin used to be absolutely amazing but it has gone downhill lately. The food is hastily prepared and messy. You can really tell the cooks dont care about their work. Youll get some decent food here, but dont expect it to be as good as it used to be.

Heard so many good things about this place but once I got my order found out my guacamole burger didnt have guacamole. If my order wouldve been correct the first time I wouldnt have brought up the fact that I also found hair in my fries. Never again ✌
