Its crap. Cant get the order right more than half of the time, they take forever to fill one order. Employees are rude, disrespectful and snobby. The drive thru is even worse. No one knows what theyre doing....you might wanna train better. Not to mention the food is undercooked, dry, fries are soggy, old and cold, soda is flat....I could go on.

Pull up to the drive though, tried making a order, the person said hold on I cant hear you. I thought maybe they are having issues and waited for 5 min, no one came out nor did they get back on the speaker. I drove off, this is absolutely poor customer service. At least say I cant hear you, can you please pull up to complete your order.

Hands down the best fast food restaurant in Sonora. Food is never smashed into boxes, it looks as though they put pride into their work. The management team is more than competent and they never miss an item or NAPKINS! I cant find anything to complain about here. Highly recommended!!!

Always check to see that the meat isnt dried up. some days the food is great and other days not so much. Different shifts? All it takes is one person who cant give a ***** to ruin a place. I do have to admit that the new ribeye burger is great.

My son quit liked it - apparently. Pretty much the same as every other Jack that Ive been into, however the staff was rather friendly. I do appreciate the way the menu had all the calorie counts highly visible.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Locked their doors 1hr early then what they have on thier door. If your in want of Jack in the box go to a different town or be prepared to go through the drivethru.

This place was great a few mouths ago. I used to get warm fries, not anymore. I used to get good bacon, not anymore. :/ Idk who quit but the quality has gone down hill recently..
