Been here twice for lunch while I was in Reno for work for the week. First time I had spring rolls with vermicelli dish- BBQ pork. The rolls were semi fresh but really full, they make good use of each roll. Definitely filling. Same with the vermicelli. The pork was great, thin and kinda crispy but not dry. Also the pork is all meat, not the usual kind of fatty pork that most Asian places use. Total meal was under $15. Kinda pricey but really filling. Second day I had the wanton appetizer (5 pieces) with the BBQ pork banh mi sandwich. The wantons were good. Right amount of crispness and great sauce to go along with it. The sandwich was fit for a king. They do not skimp on the food there. I got the 12 inch and that comes with a $1 drink paid a .50 cent upgrade for the Thai tea. The sandwich was so good, again most places you end with more bread than meat or toppings, this place is the complete opposite. So freaking good, such a shame I have to leave not get this sandwich anytime I want. Dont let the sketchy location fool you. Try it out and enjoy. Oh and the service was good too!

Best sandwich but not convinced its the best pho in town. The dining area is shared with Port of Subs which opens to the strip mall and for what it is, the price of the pho and sandwich was a little overpriced compared with other places Ive gone to. I had the small Special Vietnamese Soup; the broth was delicious and there were plenty of noodles and meat/fixings for $7.25. My husband had the BB pork Vietnamese sandwich (12" sandwich for $8.25 and comes with a can of soda) and its the best sandwich weve ever had. Usually Vietnamese sandwiches barely has anything in it but this one had more meat and fixings than weve ever seen and the bread was toasted which made the sandwich taste even better. We would go back for the sandwich but Im not convinced that the soup is worth the price.

Very nice staff, and the place is pretty niace and is clean. Also has a hand sanitizer station which is a nice touch. There is a wide selection of beverages and even bobba drinks. I ordered #15 seafood pho with added pork at the waitresses suggestion wich i thank her for as the pork was high quality, thin cut and flavorful. The pho itself was very good, at least as good as my other favorites such as the Golden Flower though this had imitation crab. Over all a great flaver and there was a lot of shrimp and calamari and the pork helped a lot. The portions are also big here. The pot stickers were also very good with their sauce. I recommend this place, I will be returning for sure.

I had a reasonable experience overall but it just didnt add up to a $15 lunch. I had vegetarian pho and a diet coke plus a 50 cent "service charge" on top for using a credit card and it came out way more expensive than it should have been for what they offer, which is edible but below average food. The veggies were fresh but the soup base tasted old. The noodles were downright disappointing, like packaged-ramen level. Hard to explain the atmosphere, but the place is old and feels sort of gross. Needs a refresh. Id try another place before going back here.

Well this place do have good food, but very horrible services. I ordered Thai Ice Tea and once I drink it, it taste like cotton candy aka Sugar. My friend tell the workers its too sugary so we refund it. Later, I ordered number 87 which is Roasted duck noodle soap, but after 20 minutes my friends finished their food except me. I didnt get my order yet until 40 minutes later. The worst thing about this place is they fed other people first and didnt get my food yet that irritates me. VERY BAD SERVICES DONT COME HERE

have been coming here for over 8 years--previously they were in Shoppers Square, which is much more accessible to my work--hope they make it at this location--anyway. wonderful food, FRIENDLY people. someone said there is a wait time--but of course--this isnt MacDonalds!--at any rate, the wait is rarely more than 5 min--longer for someof the bun dishes, biut not at all unreasonable. Good, fresh food with great flavor!!

This is our usual pho place in town. The staff are very friendly, and the pho is top notch. I usually get the veggie pho with tofu which is excellent, while my husband gets the beef. Also excellent. We also really like the spring rolls and boba tea. Theres usually no wait and you can choose your own seating.

Older place, got there late about 30 minutes before they were closing. Service was dismal. It looked like the woman was more eager to close the place than serve us. An Asian gentleman came out to take our order. He was very nice. The pho was good enough to meet my standards but way to salty for my wife.

Went here with my wife and the food was good, especially the broth. The only reason for three stars is because the service was awful. Our server never once came to check on us, nor did she respond any of the times we said thanks when she dropped food off. It was a highly unwelcoming experience.

Good food, very bad service, and very long wait time. I ordered my #5 steak and meatballs. Waited for 45 minutes and still didnt get my food. Asked for water and never received it. So I asked for a refund because there was many more people ahead of me.

We absolutely love this place! The food is phenomenal and the service is awsome! We have been coming to them for years and couldnt pick a better place for Pho and Vietnamese sandwhiches. The people are so sweet which is definitely a plus!

I had a very good experience here. The owner was the happiest nicest guy in Reno, which is a lot to say when there were thousands of people passing through on their way to Burning Man. I got the vegetarian pho and it was great.

We entered a completely empty restaurant and was greeted by a server that had a pair of earphones on. It took over 15 minutes for us to receive water after asking. The food did not seem freshly prepared.

Super solid food with a large number of unique vegetarian options. The toppings could have been fresher, but I had no problems with the service.

Ive had tons of pho and this is by far the worst and way over priced. I payed 11 dollars for a spicy noodle soup. not worth the time or money.

Pho was okay. Higher prices than most pho places I have been to; pho wasnt worth the higher price. Staff was polite and courteous.
