**First timers** Order: Inked Nachos, Porkonator, and Vegetarian Bella. Our waitress was knowledgeable of the menu and very friendly, however the restaurants small size and one tv placed above the bar make it easy for the staff to become complacent. The food is very average with creative names to make the menu seem fun and unique. Frozen thawed Steak Fries, Dry and Flavorless Burgers(though I requested some pink), and quit possibly the worst nachos (Inked Nachos) Ive ever tried! 99 times out of 100 my wife and I would prefer a mom and pop type of establishment over a large chain, however 100 times out of 100 I would select a place like Steak n Shake over the Tattooed Dog simply because its the same quality at half the cost!

Hamburgers and fries are delicious. True gourmet burgers. Because of that I will return. Of all things to complain about....the chairs. So uncomfortable. Great for a porch but not for a dinner table. The menu...font size and choice were terrible, very hard to read. Thank goodness for the large board. And last but not least. The food was so good I was completely blown away by the box mac and cheese on the kids menu. I expected so much more. Still we really enjoyed our adult meals and will be back again to try another one of the many yummy choices.

One of the most creative restaurants that Ive ever been to. Whether you get the plain burger or one of their many awesome specialty burgers, you wont be disappointed. They come with fries, which can be customized to add in all kinds of extras. They have more than just burgers too. They also have appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, custom dogs, and desserts. Everything is unique. I just wish they werent an hour away from my home. Id be sure to be by at least once a week if they were closer.

Everything about this place was near 5 stars except for our waitress. We only saw her when she took our order, delivered our food, and (after an extensive wait) delivered our check. Its not as if she was especially busy as she was seen just standing around chatting with other waitresses. Food was great, atmosphere was decent, wait time wasnt bad, and prices were acceptable. Would definitely go back, just hope we get a different server.

I really like the burgers here but dont order the Baby Arugula & Fruit Salad. For $9 you get a handful of Arugula, three balls of fried goat cheese and four slice strawberries. Although it was ok it had about $1.25 worth of ingredients... very poor value. As my colleagues pointed out to me on the way back to the office, you dont go to a burger joint and order a salad...point well taken now! I will stick to what they are good at.

I have been here two times and I swear they have the best burgers I have ever had. NO BS!!!!! Ive been around the world in the Marine Corps and again, this place is no joke. I dont know the owners. I dont know anyone that works there. Im posting this because the greatness has to be recognized. GREAT JOB TATTOOED DOG!!!!!! I will never get another burger anywhere else. Even if I have to drive 45 minutes to get one of yours!

Good food and good live music. Sara at the bar was more than attentive and very helpful to me and the other patrons along with the staff. I came in from Kansas City for the night and they said this was the place to get a good burger. I and the Dubliner and it was rich and full of flavor the person next to me had one that had bacon on and it looked to die for. I would and will go back next time I am in the area.

We were seated and ordered within 5 minutes. However, it took nearly 45 minutes for us to get our food. The fries were not fresh almost as I they were double fried to reheat. Ill add another 1/2 star because our server voluntarily compd our togo order to make up for the wait. This was our first visit at the new location, dont remember old location being this bad. The cooks need a sense of urgency.

The food was good and the service was good. My only complaint is the seating. The most UNCOMFORTABLE chairs in a restaurant ever! They would be fine for a backyard patio not for dining. You have to lean forward and sit on the edge of your seat for the entire meal. Honestly my back hurt so badly I would have to think hard on if its worth it for a good burger again.

Decent joint - better than most in the area. Service can be hit or miss, but it aint awful. Ideally, Id give it 3.5 stars as the food is pretty good, but the beer selection isnt anything to write home about. Would really like to see a Friendship Brewery handle, considering the proximity.

I was there for lunch - I had the Guinness Burger and it was great, it was so good I did not even put ketchup on it. One of the best burgers I had a long while. Service was awesome, in and out in quickly. I will be back to try more of the menu. Thanks!

I love the Tattoo Dog. It is awesome. The food is unique and delicious. I have had almost everything on the menu and will continue to go back for many times to come. They are moving locations though. So the last time I dropped by they werent open. :(

Great food and service but I miss their old location. The noise echos through out place with its concrete floors and hard surfaces. You can not carry on a conversation and the chairs are uncomfortable. It lacks the character that it once had.

Place was dirty and located next to a biker bar. Reminded me of a Waffle House. Had server recommend sandwich. It was greasy, messy and I didnt enjoy the teriyaki glaze. Fry seasoning was good but fries were limp and cold. Will not go again.

Great atmosphere and great food. Servers are always nice and check in with you regularly while dining. Good price, especially with the quality of the food. Have been there several times with friends and family- would totally recommend.

The food and staff are excellent. Unfortunately I was visiting during a work lunch and did not partake of their beer. The BLT sandwich was monstrously big, Im a grown man and couldnt finish it. I will be going back.

The staff treats you like a friend from the time you get there till the time you leave. I went on a night they had a live musician, it was like sitting in on a jam session everybody was having fun.
