l have been coming here with my family for years just never got around to write a review about this place, i know some of the mangers as well, i will say this about this place , only come when Terri is working, if you are unlucky enough to go when she isnt there well be prepared for a very bad experience, i and my family came when she was off apperatly and we got our steaks wrong i asked for the manger, and our waitress said ill go get Amy, well after about an hour wait we just got up and left, now Terri would have this fixed right away which is why i still gave this place a 5 star review, i know Terri works on Mondays which is when i mostly come in if you come on Monday nights you will get a great experience, if not you better hope that your food comes out right, the first time, because whoever Amy could care less.

Absolutely disgusting....will never go back...the food was horrible, the restaurant was dirty and the bathrooms were so gross my 2 year old wouldnt use them. It was a waste of money, immediately after leaving I had to take my family elsewhere to eat. The cashier was rude and refused to give me napkins for my daughter to dry her hands after being out of paper towels in the bathroom and told me I would have to go get them from a server. This place should be closed.

best place on earth, almost like heaven, definitely better then Fazolis, no 30 min drive thru line wait, honestly the fried chicken is the best i have ever eaten, even beats kfc chicken, i have no idea how they pull this off, but they do, go their when they pull it fresh from the fryers, the chicken alone makes it worth the buffet price.

OMG. Just stay home and eat a TV dinner. Youre better off. I thought it was a nursing home when I walked in because its full of old people. Their tastebuds must have died already. They should have Gandalf at the entrance saying, "you shall not pass." Just saying, someone needs to warn these old folk. Unless their trying to die early.

Its Ponderosa what can I say? The wing sections are my favorite. The drinks ..Pepsi and specialty drinks are outrageous . But it is a cheap eat and the management has been at it a while.They are very very friendly!

I attended a surprise birthday party today at Ponderosa. The servers were so attentive! You are the best! It was a very good experience. Besides that, the food was delicious. Keep up the good work!

Got raw chicken and burnt rolls to go with some mystery meat floating in bbq sauce also brings your steak out just as soon as you sit down with a salad. So it sits there getting cold.
