Misspelled the name on the birthday cake, took it back and they made the exact mistake on a second cake. I got a refund but that didnt change the need for the product that I wasted a lot of time on and still didnt get.

Vary rude and hateful didnt know what they were doing. Plus they put the rong iceing on my daughters birthday cake so no one would eat. The wouldnt remake it nor give me a refund will never order from there again.
