Customer service is the worst and food is no longer good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have always ordered from this restaurant because they are close and advertise in the local coupon books that are circulated that they "accept all competitor coupons", when feeding a family this is important. Every time we order from this restaurant we use 20% off total purchase coupons from their competitors (when food is $36 for a family, that saves a lot of money), and we have never had an issue. This evening my husband went in and handed the cashier the coupon, per usual.She swiped his card first, coupon in hand, and then told my husband that they can DO NOT accept competitor coupons, only their own, but she had given him a 10% discount. That is terrible business to change the rules without telling us, and to run the card before telling him is absurd<--- this really got me going! ! I was furious so I called and spoke with the cashier, and she gave me a different story. She said that they DO accept competitors coupon, but, now, will only accept up to 10% off. I understand that a business needs to make money, but this has never been an issue before now and we have been ordering from this location for almost a year. When I got home, I researched other Chinese food in the area and realized they are completely over-priced in comparison. On top of that the food is really nothing to write home about, it used to be great, however, it has taken a nose dive other the last few months, but it was convenient in location for a busy family. We will now be making the drive to the Hunan House in Wing-haven when ever the family agrees on Chinese food. They are at least honest and the food is really good!!** Side note**This may seem silly over a coupon, but the reason I find this so irritating is because I have experience in customer retention and marketing. The way this was handled was the quickest way to tell (me) the customer that they do not need nor does this restaurant care about my business. They should have honored the coupon and let us know about the change so that we could have been aware in the future, it would have cost them three dollars today, however, has cost them a few customers for life, this includes my grandparents and all of their friend Lake St. Louis because they cannot stand bad service.

Ok not sociable but not mean. Like I am here so lets do this. They did bring the food over which was noce. Given the amount of food good value. We got garlic chicken and the happy family crab rangoon and fried dumplings and 2 sides of lomain noodles. About the food. Amazing. As stated best crab rangoon. Amazing fried dumpling happy family good not a strong presence of flavor. Garloc chicken was amazing. The lo main was gremendous. Every where I go I try the lo main here it was amazing. Visually not bad decor. Lack of space forces the. To store dry goods in tbe hall in guest view. 2 lightbulbs out over the only picutre j the building. They use paper and plastic versus china. But still very good.

I ordered the general chicken all white meat, the sauce is great but the breading on the chicken was MUSHY, like it had been soaking in sauce overnight after being cooked. I called and asked for a refund which I have NEVER done. They told me the all white meat is supposed to be soft. Of course the meat is supposed to be soft but the BREADING should be crispy not mushy so someone can take their dentures out and gum it down. I got halfway through and threw it away, it was that bad. If you want good chinese food DO NOT go here

We ordered $40 worth of food, waited an hour for delivery, which they got wrong, added things we didnt order, forgot things we did etc and when I called to advise them, the man on the phone had an attitude and told me I was wrong. 30 minutes later they brought the correct food and the delivery man proceeded to shake his head and make it out like he was doing us a favor for correcting the order. Very rude! We will never order from here again! It wasnt very good anyway!

They did not honor their own coupon of free crab Rangoon for $15 or more. Said it had to be $20 or more, but Im staring right at the coupon that says $15. The food is only good bc the competition in the area is terrible. Also their other coupons are not valid for delivery- but the coupons do not say that either. They say they are valid at LSL location, which would mean they are not valid at St. Peters location

Weve ordered Carry out before and it was decent. Today-absolutely horrid. The spring rolls, crab Rangoon SOAKED in oil. The pork fried rice-was that even rice?? Looks like theyre using broken rice to either cut some cost, or who knows. Chow mien-went straight into the trash. Never again. Wasted money and left hungry.

Weve tried a few Chinese restaurants since moving to Lake Saint Louis, and this has had the best food so far. I havent been pleased with how most of the restaurants deep fry everything! The crab rangoon is the BEST! Its very sweet, which I like, with big chunks of crab.

I love Chinese food, and there is nothing more disappointing when you get bad food. Not here, some of the best Chinese food I have had in A very long time! There hasnt been anything o. The menu I have tried that has been less than excellent. Got to try. A+

They have poor customer service and very bad attitudes. I order from there all the time but today was my last day going to this restaurant. I wouldnt recommend anyone to eat there until service gets better along with their attitudes!!!!

I only gave it 1 star because the kids like the crab ragoon. Do not order the Sa Cha shrimp. The shrimp had an awful ammonia smell and taste. Fish mongers use ammonia to hide the smell of rotten seafood.

Seriously, the best I have ever had. And they are cheap to boot!! Ragoons are stuffed, have nice chunks of crab and a slightly sweet taste to them.
