A group of us stopped here on a whim last night. We were in the area to enjoy the nice weather and some window shopping. So when I noticed there was a chocolatier, we had to check it out! My husband immediately ordered a coconut macaroon drizzled with dark chocolate. At first I thought he was crazy. I dont usually buy macaroons in a store because I find that theyre usually dry an crunchy, as opposed being moist and heavenly when I make them at home. However, my husband and Panache proved me wrong. It was indeed moist and heavenly AND drizzled with dark chocolate. We also tried a truffle, the dark chocolate turtle and the English tuffles. They were all divine! We will definitely return on our next KC trip!

My wife and I visited Panache on 2/11/2017. We ordered two small shakes and two chocolate covered strawberries for a total of $25.00. The shakes we received were sub-par at best. There was very little ice cream added. It was as if we were drinking chocolate milk. When we asked about the cost stating we ordered smalls that should have been $7 each the employee stated, "we dont have smalls so I gave you mediums." This was without our consent of course. Panache is usually good and consistent however, on this night they were off. Lets hope this is not a starting trend to a Plaza favorite.

I went in there and told them it was my mothers birthday and I wanted to buy her some nice chocolate. They immediately told me my mom was so fat she jumped in the air and got stuck. The "chocolatier" had a fake french accent, so at first I didnt get the joke. Once I figured it out I was appalled. I told him I considered chocolate to be the poop of the gods. He threw a croissant at me and told me I smelled of elderberry. We arm wrestled until he vomited and admitted defeat. Long story short, he made me a crown of chocolate; go buy your God poo at a different store.

My fiancé and I always stop in for a fresh squeezed lime or lemonade when were walking around in the heat. I brought my mother there while she was visiting from Seattle, she loves their chocolate very much. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their product and was genuinely happy to see us. They were very warm and inviting.

Panache has always been consistent with their amazing treats. Recently, I ordered a gift basket and when it wasnt what I was expecting - they went above and beyond to correct the mistake and make sure that I was happy. Excellent customer service.
