I NEVER leave reviews, but I am today. Avoid this place at all costs. Drive a little further to the Bridgeton location. This location is the worst! I placed my order online at 6:15. Was told it would be 20 minutes. Knowing that this was dinner rush, I showed up a little later, 6:50. Once there, the associates couldnt find my order, and that a driver mustve taken it. So they "rushed" two new pizzas in the oven and said it would be 10 minutes. The manager also offered to throw in a brownie. 25 minutes later my order was finished. The pizzas looked TERRIBLE! Poor topping distribution, and bare. Then they forgot the brownie that THEY offered to give. I just took my stuff and left. The associates there are awful. Rude, poor attitudes, and didnt take accountability for their mistakes. The only positive out of this experience was the manager was nice and professional. Her staff just sucked

If I could give negative stars I would. Saturday night I ordered online for pickup. My confirmation email stated that my order would be ready at 9:05 pm. I arrived at 8:55pm. The manager told me that my pizzas were in the oven and would be out soon. I wait 15 minutes, the manager has a lobby of people waiting for pick ups. No one seems to be getting food. This goes on till 945. The manager finally appears and I ask where my food is. She goes to check. She returns to tell me my pizzas burnt and it will be 15 more minutes. By know Im pissed and want my money back. This restaurant is horrible. Safe yourself the stress and go somewhere else. The manager offered a $10 on my account and I declined because I will never order from them again.

Last night my boyfriend and I ordered the dinner box with wings and the smores cookie at 10.30pm. Said our order would take an hour so that would make it 1130pm. I didnt mind waiting. Had a late night at work and didnt want to cook anything. They showed up at 1230 by this time we didnt even assume they were coming because they closed at 12am anyway. So by this time we have already ordered somewhere else. Mind you we waited until after 12am to order to see if they would come. Never showed up. Then came knocking on my door at 12:30. Terrible. No phone call. Nothing saying it was gonna be late. Never ordering from here again.

Ordered pizza at 11:20 was supposed to arrive at 12. At 12:10 I called . Oh its leaving the store now. 1220 called oh let me call the driver. Oh hes up the street. 15 more minutes pass and my pizza arrived. Mind you they are less than 5 minutes awayThe so called manager was who I spoke with both times who easy of no help and acted like I was bothering her. I do in home daycare and the lunch arrived at nap time. This is one of the many reasons this was our last visit . Ridiculous!!!

Despite reading bad reviews I called in my order for carryout. They tell me 20min to pick it up. I get there and there is an employee standing outside in front smoking I see two employees in the kitchen neither one acknowledge my presence. I wait 7 min then a delivery driver comes from the back with a pizza and leaves. Then the girl in the back answers the phone thats when I notice the B rating in the window so I leave & settle for lil ceasers

My experience was pretty good. The guy who answered the phone was very nice and professional. He was helpful and was happy to give me directions. My husband picked up the pizza and said there were several upset people because the wait was long. Our pizza took an extra 10 minutes to make, which was fine because we were late to pick it up. The pizza was a bit overcooked but okay.

Every time I order from here my food not only take forever to come but it always look like the delivery guy dropped the food or fell. Tonight my food looked like the whole box was flipped in half. And when I call to make a complaint and get my money back, they have no sympathy whatsoever. Just pitiful. I will never order here again.

Well I have to make this known this location has the rhdest staff of any pizza hut around I have ordered from here twice and both times quoted 30 mins for delivery and it finally arrives 1 1/2 hrs later cold and old tasting i will be ordering from dominos from now on at least there food is fresh and hot

Just ordered two pizzas from there...omg hard as a brick. I asked for thin crust but not cracker crust. My pepperoni is as crunchy as corn chips. Im really disappointed but the reviews did warn me. The only reason I gave it 1 star was because the Manager was nice. Avoid like the plague....

pizza took for ever to get here like over hour half than it was burned so bad you couldnt eat it...SAD. called and they said sorry were getting ready to close in 15 mins. you want a credit or what? I said I order ever week from there and wont happen again!!

Ordered pizza for delivery and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Upon arriving the driver was impolite. No "hello how are you" no "sorry for the long wait"... Nothing. If you hate your job that much then quit. Plus, the food I ordered was cold.

Dirtest pizza hut Ive ever been to. The mushrooms are always old. The drivers take forever and the mangers are rude to everyone, customers, employees etc. Skip the hassle and go to the better store.. Your tummy will thankyou.

Whitney has horrible service we order our pizza never got wings ask for a refund and wouldnt give it to us she cursed my mother out put her hands in her face and she was. The manager rude never again we spent over 60 dollars

The reliability of this location is a disappointment. They close early, refuse to answer their phones, and the online estimated delivery time means nothing. Its a shame since the employees all seem personable and nice.

Never had a problem with this location. Always happy polite delivery. I only order online so I cant say if the in store crew is just a good. The drivers there are super cool.

Had ordered a pizza for delivery. It arrived 1 hour after the original delivery time plus the pizza was cold. Would never order from this store again.
