Terrible experience! I frequently eat at the Long Beach location for lunch with co-workers and the Orange Grove location for dinner with my husband. Last week my daughter picked up a half order and a whole order of the Steak Nachos Al Carbon. This dish consist of steak, chips, beans, cheese and nachos. When the order was placed, I requested light on the beans. When my daughter came home with the order, there was no cheese instead of no beans on either dish. The dish is not good without cheese. Cheese "makes the dish!" I politely called spoke with a manager. The manager told me they would take my name down, pull the ticket and we could pick up a replacement order. The next night, we called in the replacement order. The supervisor on duty stated he knew about the order and to come and pick it up in 10 mins. We got there to pick up the "replacement order" and they had the nerve to say we owe them for the replacement!!! REALLY!!!! Who pays for a replacement order? A good customer lost! This was not handled properly!!! Never again!

This is a good local Mexican place, I come here almost every week. Its quick and accessible, has nice staff, and an excellent selection of food. Though they dont have that many vegetarian options the last time I checked, but unlike most places, they do have some vegetarian friendly dishes.

Wasnt crazy about this place until I tried their steak tacos. I was expecting the regular hard shell but was happy to get open faced corn tortilla tacos, exactly how I used to get them from tacos trucks. Excited to return and try something else I wouldnt normally order again.

Good mostly Tex-Mex, family restaurant we visit frequently, with some interesting items on the menu. So, take your time reading it. Only complaint is fairly petty; the ice tea is too weak.
