If I could give zero stars I would. My husband is from Paducah and we were in town visiting his family and decided to call a take out order in to this restaurant. I called using my phone which has an out of state number.(why my phone number had anything to do with my ordering food I have no idea) I start my order and the guy taking the order interrupts me to tell me the restaurant in is Paducah I try to explain my husband is from here and were visiting but he was a condescending a**hole who interrupted the whole time. When I finally am able to finish telling this guy the order (due to his constant commentary on everything I wanted) he responds with "we will make up when you get here" while laughing and hangs up the phone. My husband is hearing the whole conversation and is beyond mad at this point. Calls the restaurant back on his phone and tells the guy about the conversation I just had and he proceeds to get rude with my husband also, so my husband says never mind we dont want the food. I dont know if the foods good but if this is how you allow your employees to treat paying customers, I wouldnt spend a dime there. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced

We love this place! Its right in our neighborhood and they make us feel like part of their family. We get exemplary service, always enjoy the food, and the surroundings are perfect on a cold, dark day or a beautiful sunny afternoon! We thinkbour Lone Oak Los Amigos is the absolute BEST!

If you make a deliver order and you say 10 minutes. It takes longer then 10 minutes. So I asked for my money back. This lady walked back and forth until my food was done. Next time give me my money back instead of running me around.
