DO NOT EAT HERE. I recently ordered 60 regular boxed lunches for a local university football team. We paid for each box to come with a regular sized sandwich, cookie, and bag of chips. Instead, I received a small sandwich and no cookie in half of the boxes. When I called the next day to be reimbursed for the missing cookies and small sandwiches, I was told that I could not be helped. After contacting Quiznos corporate offices, the owner was willing to come to a settlement. Less than an hour later, I received another phone call from the catering manager who actually berated and harassed me for "lying" about the service I received. He even told me I sounded young and that I sound like I have issues... I cant make that up. He even threatened to have his girlfriend speak to me on the phone. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional business. I will NEVER again do business with this Quiznos. You would think for an order of over $300 an effort to maintain business and some sort of professionalism would have been made. I am immensely disappointed and flabbergasted with this experience.

Ive always been treated with respect and courtesy when Ive been in this location. The food is excellent and the service is great. This particular location had an issue with parking - and so I contacted the company that owns the shopping center where they are and alerted the lady who answered the phone - without the Quiznos folks knowledge that I was calling - and within a week and a half the issue was resolved. When they found out I had contacted the shopping center management to advocate on their behalf they were so surprised but happy to find out.

I have been to this location a couple of times and Id rather make the trip to ridgeland or byram because if it is still under the ownership of the foreign family, then i wont be returning. They had a fit over my legit coupon and when i decided on something else they had me pay first before they fixed my food and when I received my food it was the skimpiest sandwich I have ever had, like they purposely put less meat on it, plus the bread was hard. I will not be going there again

Stopped by this location after visiting the hospital and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We dont have a Quiznos in our town and it was our first time eating at one and the staff was extremely helpful and patient. They helped me pick what I would enjoy and was very pleased. Food was excellent as well. We will be stopping by this location anytime we are in Jackson!
