Decent food TERRIBLE DELIVERY !! We ordered for valentines dinner at 545 and was told it would arrive in 45min. We didnt get the food until 8:00pm. I tried to get a refund because the food was cold and so soggy it was falling apart. The manager was impossible and rude and hung up on me twice. After telling me she somehow knows the food cant have been cold. First she said that she cant give a refund because she had to pay her driver them the only way I could get a full refund was to bring the food up to the restaurant. She didnt care that Im blind and cant drive to bring her the food. This is not the first second or even third time food was over an hour late and Im done with second chances. I finally got my refund minus an hours pay for the driver. I was told how she has to buy everything and this isnt fair to her and then was promptly banned from ever eating there again....no problem! Now lets see if the money actually goes back on my card.

I ordered the chefs special seafood combo , it was 90% under-cooked broccoli , a few fake crab sticks, one little piece of white hard meat I think was suppose to be lobster . and no flavor other than grease !!!!!! then I ordered two egg rolls and two fortune cookies . after paying $ 21.65 for this horrible dinner went home to eat it and found the guy who cant speak English on the phone sold me two bags of fortune cookie, know I have 20 fortune cookies , instead of two like ordered . this was the second chance for this place ,first was almost as bad , DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER YOUR CHINESE FOOD FROM KWONG TONG IN SHELBY ALWAYS EXCELLENT FOOD .

ordered online for delivery. total was 12.40 +tax and delivery came put to be 15.66, driver charged me 17.66. got my food specifically ordered no onions, im allergic to them, and yet got a few onions in my food, food had no flavor at all eggroll dripped with grease when i called for a refund the people argued with me finally got them to come back and pick it up. horrid food try somewhere else if you havent been here yet. best chineese food i have ever had is at 21/ Gratiot China King

Rude woman who answers the phone, calls customers liars! Only put 2 small pieces of chicken in the Kung pow chicken! I even offered to bring it back up there and show her there was no chicken. She says they are too busy to make another one.really? Ive been ordering there for over 2 years and this is how they treat loyal customers. Im not going to be ordering from there again. Wish I could give them less that one star

Really good Chinese restaurant for delivery. I have yet to dine in (reason why I didnt rate 5 stars). Fresh/hot food, good amount for your buck, and friendly service. My friend had to order delivery just an hour after I did to the same address because the food tasted fresh and hot. Thank you for the delivery service!! Much appreciated for us hate-to-dine-in folks :)

I ordered delivery from here once, and that will be the last time. I ordered chicken lo mein and chicken fried rice. The "fried rice" is not your traditional fried rice, and the chicken lo mein noodles were so mushy and gummy it was gross. The delivery service was nice and faster than most places. However, I will not be eating here again.

Excellent food and great people ... the crab rangoons are homemade and delicious !!! Sweet and sour shrimp are nice and their sauce is wonderful with fresh pineapple in it ... beef lo mien Is huge and great flavor !!! Seafood combination in white sauce is a bit bland but oh so fresh !!!! Great place !!!

We tried it today for the first time. Very generous portions and everything tried was great. Delivey was only 2 dollars and it got her quick My only complaint would be tha it wasnt spicy enough for us and we will order the next heat level next time. Everything still tasted great. Will definitely return.
