Just left here with my mom, my sister, and 2 year old nephew. Every time Ive came here (about 5 times in the last month and a half) weve dined in and placed an order of beef tacos to go. EVERY time Ive only been charged a dollar for the tacos and the first time I ever even requested them as carry out I specifically ASKED how much they were and was told a dollar. Well tonight was an absolute terrible experience, our bill with just our dine-in meals was $41.48 with tax which is fine, but then they try saying 9 soft shell tacos is 30 effing dollars. So the waitress brings me the manager, because why the hell WOULD anyone want to pay $70.19 on Mexican food, half of which was literally just 9 tacos with no sides or anything, nothing extravagant? He says theyve never had them for a dollar, theyve always been $2.19 and an additional dollar for the flour shell. I call BS because Im telling you, not trying to get a bargain or pull the wool over your eyes here, every time Ive placed them to go theyve been $1, nothing more, because why would I? I could make them at home for cheaper and even go to taco bell if I was desperate enough. Well he does nothing for me, tells me well I can just take them off the bill and I said no, Ill go ahead and buy them but I just wont come here ever again. He tries to say "Oh we can work with you, blah, blah.." Nope. Absolutely not. You made me angry to the point of cursing at you and Ive never been more angry leaving a restaurant in my life. You werent willing to work with me, it was literally a "take it or leave it" response on your part and I honestly will not come here again because of this. I also will encourage all my family and friends to never come here either, I have no doubt my mother and sister wont because they got to sit there and watch the $h!t show and even told me how rude you were.

Terrible not a family resturaunt! My family and I have ate here before, after my experience yesterday we will not be returning. My family and I had just sat down chips and water brought over promptly, chips were stale and salsa taste like pizza sauce .My son wanted the shade up, as they sat us at a booth next to the window,hes 2 and wanted to look out. we were scolded right away saying dont let him touch the blinds we have had to replace them several times. I understand that but he wasnt being a heathen or doing anything to cause damage. so we sat our son on the other side of us and he sat well behaved eating his meal which we ordered first. The man came back and tried to appoligize for being so rude but it was quickly countered with a because I dont want my manager to scream at your son mind you my son is 2 and pretty good for his age. My husband told him he appreciated the apology but not following it with a threat we are a very quiet family trying to enjoy a meal we no longer felt comfortable and the tension was to much to enjoy a meal. Our food came out wrong , the chicken very dry. I took one bite and asked for a box we wanted to leave .I left with my son. My husband said He asked to speak with the manager he did not care about the situation or even offer so much as an apology. Here is a tip if you are going to put your buss boy up to scolding customers yout csn start with placeing familys with small children at a table with a hi chair /booster or offering to draw the shade up . A little proper training gos a long way . You have lost more than us as customers

My husband and I went there tonight for the first time. We waited a few minutes to get seated even when the hostess came to the front to find us a seat she didnt greet us at all. Then I had to tell her what seat preference I wanted. I have to say not as expected. Our waitress seemed to not be listening to us very well. It took her a minute to come and even take our drink order. By the time she came we already knew what food we were going to order as well. My husband ordered a drink and 3 times she messed it up, he said the kind he wanted and she brought 2 difference times the wrong one. Then he said forget it and she still brought him a drink He said I told her nevermind. He became irritated. He didnt care for the food it seemed rushed and cheap meat. It seems as if though they had a lot of staff walking around and a lot of people bumping into one another. They need to relocate the paying desk. we had to hunt down the waitress when we decided we were finished to get our bill. We came to enjoy a meal and get away from our work lives and relax for a minute and have a stress free evening because my job has been stressful the last few weeks but when you have poor service it becomes stressful to even go out to eat. And as Im sitting here reading the reviews it seems to me that whoever responds to the reviews about the restaurant only really respond to good or nice reviews. You should respond to good, bad or indifferent reviews.

Food and service Great ONLY IF You DINE IN!!! For 5 weeks in a roll I have ordered take out for 2 people! Nothing to mind blowing , but last night was unbelievable!! I ordered steak fajitas ( those were fine) but I wanted just bean and cheese tostada dinner no lettuce or tomatoes with all rice and just one of the three tostadas with meat on it! With a side of jalapeño! They repeat order both when he brought it out and girl at counter!! I get all the way home, my husband says is that all u got, I looked at the tostadas and I am not joking there was a tablespoon TOTALof beans on ALL tostadas !! Plus shocking enough NO SIDE OF JALAPEÑOS!! So of course I call them and I say right off Im sure your sick of hearing my complaints, but first of all there is hardly anything on the shells of my tostadas and I have No jalapeño!! He says yes the jalapeños are in the bag, I said there is none here and again says I wrapped them up myself!!! Seriously I am going to lie about $1.00 worth of jalapeño !!! I will NEVER GET CARRY Out FROM THEM AGAIN!! And basically being called a lied on the phone I may never dine in again!!! So unbelievable!!!

I wanted so badly to give them a good review since there are a lot of good things about this restaurant. Waitress and staff were very friendly and nice. There was a wait around dinner time but thats expected so no issue there. Our main dishes were very delicious, however, the side said that came with my dish was nearly half full of wilted old lettuce. I picked it all out and showed the waitress. She saw it all and agreed that it looked bad (and it was bad) so she brought another salad. The second salad STILL had wilted old lettuce...much less than what the first salad had and when she brought it out she said she had them change out their lettuce. By that time I was halfway though my main entree so I just gave up on getting another salad...especially since it would probably just have more wilted lettuce. Didnt end up eating the salad. Unfortunately, we wont be back :(
