I was really wanting a traditional Pizzaria (as indicated on their sign). Instead, just a general bar and grill that serves Pizza. Table service was borderline bad (no interaction, just tossing things on the table and leaving). Kitchen was slow. I overheard the wait staff continually appologizing to the tables for the wait. Bar service was horrible. Took 10 minutes to get the bartender to notice me. She took my order and never brought the drinks. (She was overwhelmed) Food was OK, but average. Ordered (3) 7" pizzas they were more like 5" and 80% crust. Order well done, but still a little raw in the middle. Way too much sauce (and I love sauce). The owner/manager? came by to ask how everything was at this point we had only had our drinks for 10 minutes at the table, and no one yet took our order. She never checked back. At the end the waitress asked how everything was, we said not so good, she just dumped the check and left. I will assume they are just breaking in a new staff. But I dont see any improvement over the Wooden Eagle that used to be in this location. Ill give them a shot in a year if they are still around.

My business partner and I went in to grab dinner. We waited to be seated and nobody acknowledged our presence, even though the place was dead in the dining area, with only two families present. After nearly 5 minutes of waiting (theres no sign that says "Wait to be seated" or "Seat yourself"), I said "screw it" and took a booth in the dining area while my partner stayed in the foyer/entrance and took a call. I sat in that booth while one of the waitstaff serviced two tables on either side of me. He never ONCE even acknowledged my presence. This went on for FIVE minutes. I got up, grabbed my partner and left. Ive dropped close to several hundred dollars in that joint since I moved to the area 1.5 years ago. Never again. The food was only marginal, but I patronized it due to its proximity to my home. Ill be complaining to the owner(s). As a business owner myself, if I had an employee that treated patrons that way Id have fired him and the manager on the spot. If the owners ARE the management then they deserve to go belly-up.

Just moved to the area and went there on a Friday night and while the place was busy it was not packed. I can honestly say that it was one of the worst meals I had ever had. My fiance had the turkey club which consisted of a few pieces of deli turkey and about a half a pound of shredded iceberg lettuce and a couple of rotten tomatoes. No where else have I ever heard of any kind of club sandwich not coming with bacon. I swore I read on the menu that it did indeed come with bacon but the server definitely insisted it didnt. You would think she would offer to bring a side of it instead of arguing over it but whatever. Service was not friendly and my fiance had to ask 3 times for a side of ranch that he never received. My pizza and my younger sisters pizza were pretty bland and the mushrooms on it were most certainly canned which I found to be disgusting. Overall overpriced for what you get which is bad service and worse food. We will not be back.

Positive reviews must be from insiders.... This is the first restaurant my wife has ever complained about and my first review. Trust the reviews about bad service. My waitress was nice but things will be slow while the staff continues to focus on socializing. Dont expect them to take care of the little things like clean tables, chairs and menus. Expect your meal to be interrupted by unprofessional behavior and ripping on the restaurant when the staff makes a mistake. Dont expect them to get to worked up if you walk out or complain (I saw both) expect them to be indignant. Expect to pay more than full price for what you get. How can a pizzeria make pizza that my wife doesnt like. Youd think that in 20 minutes they could make French onion soup that tastes at least a little like French onion soup. Building was nice.

Took my wife 2 kids and parents here to have dinner. We were sat at a table immediately. We then proceeded to sit for almost 10minutes before I asked to have a waitress come over to our table. Then waited another 4 minutes. After deciding to be an adult and not freak out, I found the manager and notified him that we had still not had a waitress come to our table to even serve water. He then uttered a doosey, "uhhhhhhh". Not an apology, no action, I told him we were leaving and he let us walk right out. Ive eaten here 2 times in 15 plus years, and it will be another 15 before I step foot in this place. If you got all night, I recommend it. If you want to die of thirst before anybody talks to you, this is it. If I could leave a negative star rating, I would.

A few coworkers and myself went up there on a friday and ordered the "Big Al" deep dish and a large antipasta. The anitpasta salad was fresh, but lacked a good amount of cheese and meat. The pizza was horrific. Basically a round shape deep dish with a ton of dough and a luittle amount of cheese and pepperoni (also the cheese and peperoni sank to the middle). Also, the pizza was burnt. Told the waitress (who was nice) abouyt it and receive a 14" round that was better, but not great. Received the bill and was charged for the more expensive deep-dish, but after a good hour in there needed to bail so we didnt complain. Will not be coming back...

Great food, great atmosphere, decent prices. Service could of been a bit better from what I saw. My wife and I had a curly blonde hair waitress that was more occupied with her friends at a different table than she was with us. She got us drinks and food very slowly and didnt ask ever if we needed anything else untill she get our bill. This was our lunch break also, so you would think she would be quick with her service. We did receive refills from another waitress who came to check on us a couple times. I forget names, but she had long hair and glasses. Overall, nice experience and I look forward to returning

Ordered a pizza late one night after a concert. Pizza dough was completely raw, called the next day and spoke with the manager who said he found the receipt and would credit us the 22 dollars when we returned. Told the manager the date we would be luckily returning for another concert. Came back, for a second try and No manager on duty, credit not documented anywhere. Food was fine, nothing exciting. We would not have come back the second time if it wasnt for the manager. There will not be a third time.

Sitting here now 6/2/2016 about 6:30pm had a long day at work and wanted some good food. I have been to the G,s in West Branch,MI So wanted to try this place out my and my girl ordered 2 burgers cooked medium bbq sauce on the side and a dish of lemons for water. Ok now it took 4 trips to get the lemons the beef patties were well done bbq sauce not on the side and oh yeah we tryed the onion rings well done this place needs new cooks or something I wont be back at least to this one
