The ice cream here is great but it seems like it is poorly managed. They take forever to get your order out and rarely can i hear them when they say what they are bringing out. They dont give u time to answer if its your order before they give it away then you have to wait quite some time before getting your order made again. Its usually packed and they dint have a good waiting area. The staff in the back always seems too busy socializing to get things orders out. They do keep a clean shop though and the outdoor eating area is a nice size. Parking is good. The cashiers are friendly. Its just getting orders out that seems poorly managed.

Again very rarely ever do I give 5 stars for any sort of chain restaurant because it tends to be more of a business model followed instead of a passion for the business but that being said this DQ does a fine job of serving and preparing all ice cream dishes :-) no complaints here around typical after dinner times the drive-thru is usually extremely long so plan on a 10 to 15 minute wait if you go through the drive-thru if you have the time no problem otherwise I would recommend going into the restaurant for a shorter wait time.

This Dairy Queen is back under the original owner as of sometime mid 2012. Sometime around 2008, this Dairy Queen was managed by a new owner. Service clearly declined until mid 2012. Since 2012, under the original owner a very noticeable positive improvement is evident. Service times improve, goods stocked is better managed, with far less frequency of "sold out" problems. General cleanliness, and employee attitudes towards customers has also improved with the return of the previous owner.

The decorations/ atmosphere was very nice for our visit with the kids and grandparents, and the air conditioning was a great escape from the heat. The workers were smiling and quick. The treats were yummy as always and the food was surprisingly very good. Now that I know how good and reasonably priced the food is, Ill be bringing my kids back soon for lunch after a visit to the library next door

This is the second time Ive been here and the last time. Three of us ordered bacon burgers $5 lunch, the bacon was raw!! I am not even exaggerating, I showed one employee, he just walked away! Then I waited for no line, and put the raw bacon on the counter, that employee just stared at me, not saying a word! No compensation at ALL!! So I will NOT be back and Im calling the health department

The staff does a very good job, putting up with rude customers day by day hour by hour and still manages to be as friendly and as helpful as possible. And for those who complain about the bacon being undercooked, its physically impossible. Most fast food suppliers use pre cooked bacon. Meaning its cooked, frozen, packaged, and sent to the restaurant.

The owner was very rude to my family. We were next in line and instead of taking our orders he took the kids behind us. All 8 of them!! When he was confronted about skipping us, he did say he was sorry. However, he also put his hands up and stated, "I dont know what else to do". He didnt even try to justify the wrong he had done.

Management hires good people, who do a good job keeping the place clean and running smooth. There is only so much you can expect from a DQ Grill & Chill as far as food selection and "cooking skill", but the location in Holly is consistent and good. No complaints from me, for years.

its fast food, but the staff are completely rude and inconsiderate of their customers. ive been to this dairy queen about 10 times and maybe twice did i have good service. they scold you and treat you as if you are stupid for asking a question when going through the drive through.

I go here often with 2 grandsons..ages 10 and 12....we have been coming since they were tiny...loved it then ..love it still...friendly help ...patient with children...also a bonus ...is...it is next to the Holly Library...nice to visit there and stop after for Ice cream

The workers are nice, but the food is horrible. I never thought a chili dog could be ruined but Ill give it to dairy queen, they can definitely ruin a hot dog. But then theres ice-cream, can you say anything bad about it? It comes in a timely manor and tastes yummy!

Raw bacon on 2 burgers, luke warm burgers, cold fries, and when showed the bacon to the staff they ignored us and just stood there looking at us like we were stupid. Very unfriendly will NOT return to this location again.
