Arrived at this location approximately 9:25pm Friday 22nd 2013 after the dining area/lobby was closed but drive through was open. Made an order, very simple nothing complex, or unusual. (Grilled Chicken Strip Salad, and a Chicken Teriyaki 6" sub) got home checked order, Chicken was missing from the salad. Not a big deal things happen, stuff gets forgotten, but time to drive back and have this corrected. I made it clear that I was unhappy, without being loud, unruly or obnoxious. I kept a civil smile on my face the entire time. The individual who appeared to be running the store, Tyler, knew immediately that the chicken was missing from the salad. Offered to fix, it asked how I would like it fixed, I expressed that I really did not care, but he needed to fix it. This was fixed with no hassle, which would earn several compliments, had we not opened the salad and found hair, light in color, but at least twice the length of my own hair, so too long to possibly be mine, and wrong color to possibly be my fiances. I have never had a problem with Subways at other locations before, but I have previously visited this subway and noted that the staff seemed inexperienced, and not knowledgeable about the products they serve. A mistake can be expected, it can be even forgiven. With time an employee might learn to overcome inexperience. I write this now because there were too many problems in one order, with this single specific restaurant to be considered mistakes.

I pulled into the parking lot about 7 minutes to 9 pm on 7-10-16. I pulled up behind someone in the drive through. He drove to the window and I pulled up to place my order. And I waited and I waited. I kept saying hello with no answer. So I pulled up to the window. The employee told me they were closed. I said I had been waiting and had pulled in before 9 pm. She said she didnt have any food left in her area to make any sandwiches. I said I had been waiting since before 9. She said that wasnt possible. And continued to argue with me. I pulled away and let the other lady behind me know not to wait because she wasnt going to be waited on. Mind you she had pulled in before 9 as well. So I drove to the Fenton Subway and they were super nice and helpful and friendly. I will not go back to the Holly Subway.

Whatever you do dont go in to this Subway if it is a hour until the lobby closes!!! you will be treated like you are unwanted!!!! I come in to this Subway at least 2-3 times per week and if it is within a hour of closing they treat their customers very rudely, they act as if you are putting them out by being there. I just went in tonight at 8:20pm and there was 5 other customers standing in line, the employees were rude to every one of those paying customers including myself, they actually made it very uncomfortable to even order! I have given this particular store chance after chance but tonight did it for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere! last visit was on 7/2/2014!

I hate when that happens Kim. It is widespread, no matter where you go if there is no manager on site and kids are running the show the chances of that happening are greatly increased. I discovered someone I used to work with worked there. He was a great kid and employee. Id direct my criticism toward management/franchisee.

Drive through is horrible. I tell them I have a dairy allergy and they still put cheese on the sandwich when I dont order it. Give them a second try with the drive through and I get a 6 inch after ordering a 12. Employees are nice enough but lack the capability of remembering what you ordered 12 seconds after placing it.

There are new employees there and they are changing it. They are very customer oriented and the new management has been working on making it a better place. Come give it another chance if its been a while since you have been there.

Horrible experience. We went through the drive thru and the guy asked us 5 times if we want our meat heated. Then he asked 3 times what veggies we wanted. Never going back again.
