After many visits I have come to settle for this location just based on its convenience during my daily travels. It has the standard quality of food as you expect from the Baskin-Robbins and the limited selection of Dunkin Donuts. But the two stars are lost purely due to service. Regardless who serves us we get rather uninterested, unmotivated and even resistant service. On one occasion they actually tried to convince us not to order something the way we like it. It tasted fine but having the staff giggle and laugh at your order just isnt professional. I guess this staff quality is just the best they can do for the area.

very unprofessional. went in to get some ice cream with my daugher and instead of the worker doing his job and helping all the customers in the store, he was to busy flirting with my daughter who is still in high school and he was old as dirt. i will not be returning to this baskin robbins anymore. made me want to throw up. thats so sick for a grown man to be talking to a little girl. get your midnight worker together baskin robbins before he ends up in jail for talking to underage young women

The ice cream was poorly made and already dripping by the time I started to eat. Half the flavors didnt have labels on them and each bin had ice cream from other flavors all mixed in. It was much better a few months ago, dont know if its because the management changed or the employees. The only reason I keep coming back is its open 24 hours.

Had no toppings for their special sundaes, no waffle cones available to eat but their display case had some. Limited options besides ice cream in a cup. Dont get me wrong, I love Baskin Robbins but this location was lacking in so many ways.

The ice cream was good, what was available. However the lines were long, 2 staff available only one working. The other was mopping the lobby that was full of customers instead of helping with the service.

Always understaffed. Big turnaround on employees. Avoid if you can during morning rush hour and eves after 8 unless you like waiting .
