It is incredible at the lack of their appreciation for the customer. I visited the location on October 9, 2012. The person making pizzas looked as though he had washed his clothes in a month, the formerly orange shirt he was wearing was severely stained with dirt! There were dead earwigs and other debris in the pop cooler. I had to wait twenty minutes for my "unready, ready" pizzas. While other customers came in after myself and were given pizzas after I had ordered. Compiled with the fact that I mentioned something to the young lady working the counter and asked for some type of compensation and she said, "I am not authorized." I asked is there someone else who is, she said, no. THREE TIMES!!! I attempted to contact their corporate offices regarding this matter. twice by phone, to which I was told the incident was being forwarded to the owner, and once via their website, over the course of three weeks. No one ever contacted me!!! This business does not care about the customer, you are simply a dollar sign for them. AVOID them and try one of the other great pizzerias in Milford, please.

Astonishing. Waited over 10 minutes for crazy bread which is supposed to be hot and ready all day. While I was waiting, a customer came in, waited at the counter, and was ignored. I dont know how theyre still in business with this kind of service.

The pizza at this one is gross. The crust is like a thin crust and hard as a rock. We traded ours for a new one and it wasnt any better. The manager was a older man who wasnt friendly. I wouldnt recommend this place.
