Service, has gone DOWNhill. I go there almost every day Mon to Friday around the same time on my break. I go here bc its closer to my job and I only have a 20 min break. ...well, 9 out of 10 my food will take 10 min to cook. I take my coworker with me, and he says "this place is a joke". It took 10 min to make his ice cream....... yeah, you heard me... 10 min. Anyway, Im writing this bc last night was a complete disaster. On my break, I headed up there with the same Co worker. When we got there, the doors were locked. An employee taps us back on the window and says "were short staff, only drive thru is open"... its 7:30pm.... srsly?.... what if ppl without cars, or blind ppl, or kids walk there? Do they need to talk into the mic at the drive thru? ... so in order for you to get food at this time, you must have a car to get food.... you know what?... Im going to purposely park my car, walk to the drive thru window, tap the window, and simply say "I dont have a car, do I still qualify for food?"

We live in Wilmington and wanted to try this busy fast food restaurant. To our dismay after driving 15 min in traffic to get there (located right off route 93), my husband came home with a whopper with cheese (which he didnt ask for) and no beef patty?? How in the world could the employee who had made this "burger" forget the meat? I told him to drive back and speak with the manager because this is absolutely absurd! He came there and they just replaced his burger, no certificate as a way to resolve the issue/any above-beyond customer service. DONT go here unless you want a meatless burger!

Awful...when you go back in with a bacon double and complain the bacon is gross, raw and chewy you would think they would make sure the next one is corrected but no that is too difficult! Next burger the bacon is even more raw!?!? Manager needs to address some issues in the kitchen because I enjoy most burgerkings and this location is terrible! Unfortunate because of the prime location smh

The only downfall is they close at times a hr early then they should. Its been an issue with in the community that I know if several oeople calling the corporate office in regards of. The food is good and the staff is polite, but these fast food prices are out if control. Get any higher just better off just holding off until u get home or get some dried out chicken tenders.

This place is terrible. My father and I were ordering 2 big kings. In the big king near the bottom theres a big piece of bread. Normally that bread is soft and tastes good. But this one was hard as a ROCK!! The meat was stale as well. Usually I go there and its ok... But still this is the worst burger that was ever made in the history of the world.

Management had window cashier ask me not to pull up. After waiting for a while and being yelled at by the drivers behind me, I pulled up to see the management person frowning at me and making a rude gesture with his hands. The employee working the window was very sweet, though.

Restaurant is conveniently off the highway and a good place to grab a bite. The pruces seem to be a little higher for this convenience but as someone who prefers BK to the Golden Arches, Im fine with that. If you eat in, there is plenty of parking and the servers are pleasant.

Absolutely terrible! 15 people in line with one person behind the counter working. The manager is sitting down having coffwe with not a care in the world. Great mangarial skills. Must be nice.

Good for a drive-thru dinner after a late night at work. I dont really expect much more from a Burger King. I think I went inside once and it looked pretty dumpy.
