Im a fan of Tasty Burgers latest spot in Harvard Square. Not only are their potentially life-saving burgers available until the wee hour of 4AM upstairs, its prime location and awesome downstairs bar make it a spot that Ill certainly find myself at again. On my first visit, I popped in at 3AM when (what seemed like) the entire population of Harvard Square was trying to drunkenly order burgers. The burgers were still hot and tasty after our quick trip home: melty cheese, crisp lettuce on medium-well patties. Meanwhile, the lunch experience I had was an entirely different animal. On a Tuesday, the bar downstairs was the perfect oasis to nosh on a burger, play some pool, listen to the jukebox and enjoy geeky conversation with friends. Perks? Gorgonzola burger, FREE wi-fi and super friendly staff. Lowlights? My root beer float was somewhat thin. However, I cant wait to go back and kick back a few local craft brews while enjoying those tasty burgers with friends.

First of all, this is not the best burger place in the square and the burgers border on "tasty" at times. That out of the way, there is nothing (and I mean NOTHING) like tasty burger at 3am after being out all night. I highly recommend the Rise N Shine burger, which is a bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg on top. Its delicious, greasy, and the name is apt because youre probably going to be waking up in a few hours when you order it. Definitely get a side of onion rings, because they slice them thin and the batter is so delicious. Theres a bar downstairs, and a pool table, but Flat Top Johnnys is better for pool, and there are a million bars around. I cant honestly recommend going here for anything other than a 3am burger, but Ill give that my wholehearted recommendation.

Waited 30 minutes to order the food and they keep ignoring me. Bad! Not good news! Employee told us to sit back down! And then came 30 minutes later..... When I asked why the service took so long, the bartender replied, "it takes a little longer for us to deal with your kind,... You know all the negotiating that you Muslims do," very very offensive!!!! When I expressed my concern for this blantent bigotry by politely asking him to elaborate, the bartender replied: "if you dont like it then get the f**k out of our country and go back to the dessert you camel jockeys came from!" We will not be returning to this horrible establishment, as Im sure you can assume....

The food is good. I didnt like that they dont seem to defend their staff - who are by all accounts very nice - from the drunk assholes that abuse the. There was some idiot who was freaking out at the girl on the line - who didnt even interact with him - being a racist dick - and all that happened was the security guard told the guy to calm down. I almost punched him in his face and the manager couldnt even tell him to leave? That to me says alot about the companys ethos. That being said, I dont know the right way to run a business who often deals with that kind of clientele so I can only give my perception (which as a customer goes a long way).

I ate downstairs at what Im calling the "Tasty Bar". I had the Big Tasty burger, the Green Monster (mint chocolate chip ice cream with added chocolate chips) shake and fries. The burger had a good combination of toppings and their tasty sauce made it even tastier. The fries were good (crispy with lots of salt). I wish that my shake was thicker though. Im used to New England style frappes where you almost need a spoon. From start to finish our waitress was super friendly. Downstairs theres a smart jukebox thats connected to the internet. It can take photo booth style pictures and email them to you.

The burgers are.....Not Tasty... Thats right everyone. The "tasty" burgers from Tasty Burger are in fact NOT tasty. Do not be confused by their name, it is all a ruse to get you funneling in there unwittingly while 3 or 4 other GREAT burger joints in Harvard Square remain lonely. I promise you will not be back. Shame because it is such a great location with great potential. Avoid it all you out there who would like to avoid eating a disappointing lunch today. Sorry Tasty Burger! I have a responsibility to relay my message to the people!

I tried Tasty Burger for the first time ever after literally years of deliberation, and I must say that was one tasty burger. Its not much to look at inside, and I opted for my food to-go. I ordered tater tots with cheese sauce and they were fine, but mushy. My burger however was pretty darn good. I tried the BBQ burger which comes with cheese, BBQ sauce, and sautéed and crispy onions. Its probably the best burger in Harvard Square, save for Shake Shack across the street. Recommended!

_*Excellent* onion rings_ -- lightly battered, not oily. _Good french fries_ -- could have been fried a little longer, could have been served hotter. _Ordinary hamburger_ -- fast-food style hamburger with soft sweet bun, mixture of ketchup/pickles/etc.; a step up from a McD ¼lber, but not a big step up The ½+½ (French fries + onion rings) is huge -- a *great buy* at $4. They serve beer and wine in the huge basement -- I can see this becoming a student hangout.

Theres few things you can depend on in this life, but late-night Tasty Burger always delivers (mmm, I wish they delivered). Service is fast, prices are reasonable, and the food is true to its name. Keep the party going with beers, stare quizzically at the new Bitcoin machine upstairs, or sober up playing pool downstairs; the world is your oyster. Pro tip: The onion rings are more like the shoestring kind youd find in a can. Puzzling.

While this is not a gourmet dining experience, it certainly fit the bill at 11:30pm on a Sunday night. As the resident vegetarian in my group of friends I was worried I might be out of luck but the veggie burger was tasty, as promised, and a great price. I opted for the lettuce wrap to cut empty carbs and it was fresh lettuce, no complains. The woman at the counter was very friendly and efficient, impressive for that late at night.

Awesome burger chain in Boston now available in Harvard Square until 4am! The fries are super crispy and thin and the veggie burger is very filling and flavorful. They have bands and pool tables downstairs as well as a bar so you can get food and drinks here to make a night of it. It can get busy late night but given its open till 4 it makes it an ideal place to get late night food.

I never got a burger. I tried to order online with doordash but I need a credit card ( witch I dont have) I dont know why they dont use foodler. Then I try to call and place an order but after trying to contact the Harvard square and there is no answer not even ringing or a automated voicemail. I dont know if the food is good but I wont order ever again.

Finally tried this place out yesterday. The burgers were ok, not fantastic but not bad, just perfectly ok. Better burgers can be found in plenty of places (Uburger, R. F. OSullivans). The fries, however, were absolutely delicious. They also have a pretty cool bar downstairs (which was unexpected) and some pool tables. Id definitely come back here.
