The food here is pretty good. Its not the best, but its far from the worst. It gets busy at lunchtime in this store, so the lines can be a mess. There are 2(maybe 3) registers lumped together, and one further away towards the door that nobody really knows if they should go to it or not. The service is good. Friendly people, fast service. Seems like everyone is genuinely pretty nice. Due to the fast turnover and cafeteria style dining, the eating area can look dirty. People dont always clean up after themselves, so there are sometimes a handful of dirty tables. There were a couple occasions where I did takeout orders from this store and they made mistakes. My food wasnt made right, or they forgot things. Most recently, they forgot an entire order for my work lunch and we all had to wait an extra 30minutes for an order that was called in hours prior. Apparently they didnt see it. The woman threw in some free cookies, but it didnt feel like enough. Oh well.

Here on vacation and we went here for dinner. We got it to go but ate some there and wanted to take the rest back to the hotel. Well the table was gross and sticky even though she cleaned it for us. They didnt give me a to go spoon with my food or butter and there was none out. So I had to ask twice thankfully I was eating a little but there or I would have gone to my hotel room with no soup spoon or butter. Then I got back to my room and the bread bowl want cut there was a circle cut into it but none of it was detached? All around bad service and not tourist friendly.

I had no issues with the place until I was leaving ....went to use the bathroom & noticed some caution signs at the entrance. I asked "Dan" if it was ok to use the bathroom...he told me they were closed. I said "the bathroom are closed? but your still open" he said we dont have hot water. If i cant use the bathroom because of no hot water how can you operate a restaurant with no hot water

I like to eat at this PB whenever I go to wrentham shopping mall. It is nice for a quick bite and you can actually find healthy options. Outside tables are available which is nice. It looks like their portions were a little bit smaller than before. I am not sure if this is a general thing about PB or specific to this location.

The good is usually good but one visit made me think about ordering soup again. I had the butternut squash soup with a side of plastic in it. It must have been included when they opened the plastic bag that their soups come in. They did apologize and replaced the soup, but my taste for their soups isnt what it used to be.

Paneras good. Its not my favorite place to go but if your looking for something filling fast its great for that. I suggest not going alone, theres something really depressing about being in paneras alone. Good seating and plenty of room. They dont like it of you stay after hours so be cortious.

Staff has miserable attitudes. We spent over 40 dollars to get our children breakfast and couldnt even get a spare container of cream cheese for one of their bagels. They need morning people staffed for breakfast time.

Terrible customer service! The woman at the front counter Donna was miserable and rude shouting at me while reading the menu.... Food was delicious and prepared in a timely fashion.

The people here have a good record of lightly messing up your order so check it before you leaving if doing take out. Food is as good as any Panera but only if they dont mess it up.
