This will be the most honest review you read about this place. As someone who has gone here every morning for a year, I am very familiar with this place. The food, for the most part, is pretty good. Over the course of my time here though, the bagels have gotten smaller. (that doesnt mean they arent good, just as a consumer I am not getting my moneys worth) I wouldnt recommend that you buy a bagel with egg and cheese. They dont put enough cheese on it and it usually gets very dry. The size of the croissants also vary. Sometimes they are huge and worth every penny, but other times they are small and feel like a waste. The same goes for their muffins. I wish their bakery were more consistent with sizes!!! Their selection of breads can be good when bought fresh, but they rarely warn you if the bread you are buying is a little stale, which is a huge consumer turn off. I really recommend you try their challah bread, as it is one of their signature items. While waiting in line, I used to enjoy samples of their best bakery items. Now, all they put out is oat bread and pistachio muffin pieces, another turn off. The thing that defines this place is its coffee. It is better than most breakfast places including chains like Dunkin Donuts. I see lots of people that simply go there to only buy coffee! When describing their lunch options, I would say they are pretty good as well. They freshly prepared sandwiches in front of you and you can pick and choose what you want, like a higher quality subway. They also have various grilled sandwiches, where you cant choose the toppings. Dont bother to buy the cooler drinks. They charge an arm and a leg for them. I would recommend to stop by the supermarket next door for your drinks. Youll save some money. Now lets discuss their staff. In the morning, you will find college students and the owners working. In the afternoon, you may find high school students. Overall, the staff are okay. Nothing to rave about. They occasionally have messed up my order when I have said chive cream cheese instead of regular, so you have to speak up. Seating there is average, and if the place is busy, there is no way youre going to find a seat. It is a nice atmosphere of families with young children to high school kids. Overall, Blue Moon is a good place to get coffee, but their food and service can vary.

Best PLAIN croissant I ever had! Great! Lol! Better than any croissant filled at Au Bon Pain! Awesome desert choices! Free samples of deserts! Stop by for an early breakfast or for lunch! Many sandwich options! Many seating areas in this large cafe. Great places to sit outside 2! Awesome place in Medfield! Came with my dad again because it was super good!!!! 2 ham & cheese croissants came to $8!!!! And they tasted super yummy! We loved the samples (once again)! Take advantage of the samples and eat them all!!! :-) Staff really good, outdoor seating wonderful. We luv Blue Moon!!!!

Nothing Ive ever tried here has been anything less than absolutely stellar; the pastries and baked goods are out of this world (apple streusel thing, you make my life better), the bagels and sandwiches are delicious, and even the coffee is tops. Ample seating, but you may find yourself heading outside for patio seating during busy times (half days at Medfield schools can be crazy here). Sometimes the line is insane, but its always worth it! The best bakery/cafe in Metrowest!

Blue moon serves a wide variety of bakery products, all of a high caliber. They also have a surprisingly quality cuban sandwich offering that I tend to order more than not. Recommended to anyone in the area looking for good brunch options and baked goods.

Great bagels, great place to work from home, so-so bread, but the store needs a separate check-out line for people who dont need their breakfast prepared. On weekends the line is out the door and they are notoriously out of sesame bagels.

Awesome place! Friendly staff. Great options for food & drinks. Kind of on the higher side for prices, but it is worth it.
