Ive been a customer of Captain Pizza for a while now (I knew it existed and ate there a handful of times) and recently went in for a sub as I was in the area. While waiting for my sub, one of the veteran cooks threw a handful of chicken tenders into a fryer. One tender bounced off the side and landed back behind the stove area. The cook turned off the burner next to him, reached around, grabbed the chicken tender, and tossed it into the fryer like nothing happened. Instead of throwing the bad piece of chicken away, the cook decided to minimize food costs. Next time, why dont you leave the 3 point throws to Lebron? Basically, if you want to eat food that was once on the floor, go here. I will never ever go back there.

Food is fine/average, but owners engage in small time crooked behavior. Menu items are listed at one price but when you pay for your item, they ring it up at the register for 5 cents more than its listed. Not a lot of money, but small time thievery. I called the cashier on it and he just said "Im just the register guy." So apparently, its ok to rip off the customer.

Pizza is Greek Style which is not my favorite, but theirs is surprisingly so good that I have come to prefer it! And they really shine on subs and MANY other items, and the staff seems motivated to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Whenever nobody wants to cook, North Readings Captain Pizza is one of our first choices.

This place sucks. They over charged my credit card. Gave themselves a 3.00 tip. After I gave the driver a 2.00 tip. Then to top it off they send me burnt fries and refused to refund me the proper amount of money for returning the fries. I wouldnt recommend this place to my dog. No customer service skills theyre very rude.

I love the pizza, the greek salad and onion rings. Many of their subs are good too. I do not recall being over billed before and I have always been treated well by this pizza place.

Pretty tasty food and the service is pretty much what you expect from a small family owned shop. Next door to a convenience store for picking up some chips and soda and such.

I always get the Artichoke Delight Pizza. Its sooooo delicious. Sometimes Ill pick up one before work and I share it with a couple of friends. They love it as well.
