Went with two friends. On check we each were charged 1 dollar extra, total $3.00 (plus meal tax amount) for extras that we did not order or receive, when I took up the issue with the guy at the front , he was rude beyond belief. Not only did he not even apologize, he faulted me over complaining about, as it were, a trifling $3.00. Like I was wrong to do so. Principle aside. He very begrudgingly reimbursed my money, not including the tax, and gave me attitude like a was the jerk for reading my check , finding an era, and asking for the correction. That was it for me. Ill never ever eat there again and advise anyone to review their check carefully , as my guess is they routinely cheat customers, thinking all Americans either dont care enough to look over the bill, if Maybe cant add and subtract. I would give them a minus three if I could, but I,guess I,gave to give a one. Stay away. Many better Chinese good venues elsewhere locally.

Well like so many restaurants it is old. Not that I dont appreciate nostalgia. But I like really clean Nostalgia and I notice the outside area was not the best. Entranceway was dirty. Other than that on the inside since it was my first time eating there it was clean. The waitress was very nice and I enjoyed the food. I ate lunch there and ended up taking some home with me. I have just been on a kick for your regular old-time Chinese food. The kind that probably isnt that good for you. I loved my little green salad with mushroom Purple Onion tomato iceberg lettuce shredded carrot and a nice rice vinegar dressing. My pork fried rice was good but not the best Ive ever had. My sweet and sour chicken was good and overall I give this restaurant a good rating. I would go back. A little weird pulling out onto the Lynnway because its a very busy Street.

Absolutely Disgusting I went there for lunch yesterday. I called in at 11:35, and after being on hold for six minutes, someone finally took my order. When I arrived at 11:55 (20 minutes later. They said itd be ready in 15 minutes), I had to wait another 10 minutes until my food was ready. 30 minutes total until my lunch order was ready. I had ordered the General Gaos Chicken lunch special, the L3. It was incredibly obvious it was actually left over from the day prior. The breading was hard as a rock, instead of being soft like it was fresh made. Let that sink in for a moment: 30 minutes to give me food that was leftovers from the day before. How is that acceptable, under any circumstance?

Im done coming here. Such an arrogant unappreciative staff Ive seen. The food is alright, but its conveniently located by me. Every time we go they stare at you like your not supposed to be there, once you are seated service is slow. Thwy always forget to supply the basic sauces, if you order a drink prepare to wait 10+ minutes for its arrival. There is so much better options a few miles further, with much better quality and food. Given this place too many chances. Done.

Very good restaurant! The food quality is superb. They give large proportion. The staff are Professional and humble. However, they are always packed. I couldnt take away a star for that because the food is always so good so I see why their business is always booming and they are akways packed. Alot of families come here and always return because of the good quality. They also deliver and do take-out as well if you dont want to eat at their bar or dining room.

BAD !! BAD!! Customer service SCREAMING AT you !! They dont listen to YOU!! Dont Care about your business !! Last time We call for Lobster orders they charged me for more than $30.00 and the menu was saying $21.00?? The laid who answer the phone is RUDY++ !! Food is not that great !! Delivery take for ever !! We order from them for more the 6 months and never get a different treatment and always SCREAMING LOUD!!!

Green Tea Chinese Restaurant is great! We (My Boyfriend and I) would drive by the place on our commute to and from Boston every day and finally stopped in and have been going there every Saturday night since then.(4 years ago) They have great food and a spacious bar with HD TVs. The bartender, Wei, is friendly, quick and efficient. I highly recommend Green Tea Chinese Restaurant! #GreenTea

Service was poor and food subpar: dirty dishes, server only took orders in small sections if our large group instead of all at once which lead to some ppl finishing and starting there meal at the same time. The lobster and veggies weres not fresh so edible but not scrumptious. Some of my family members loved it but others like my myself vowed to never return

When I am in Beantown, my Son always take me to Green Tea, their food is always fresh. It tastes delicious. The environment is awesome too. My Son, and wife, and their daughter go to Green Tea at least 4-5 times per month for dinner. Their favorite is scallion pancakes, my favorite is Lobsterling prepared in different tastes. I enjoyed going to Green Tea.

LARGE portions, i mean LARGE! There is nothing popcorn about their popcorn shrimp, and its a freaking boat load!!! Really good service, nice atmosphere, full service bar, music, rich and flavorable sauces. Talk about bang for the buck, you get a artillary barrage here. This has to be the best chinese food in ALL of Boston, im telling you see for yourself.

Peppery fried shrimp!a must try! Ill crave that every now and then its so damn good!! Drinks are sturdy. Pupu platters are great for sharing. Good spot to eat before going into boston on the weekends, or in general just a good spot to eat. No complaints here.

Worst resturant ever! Customer service is non existent and their establishment is deplorable. Seen roaches crawling on the wall and my vegetables had mold on them! Yukk do not eat here unless you want to contract a disease!

Bad sevice. Lady working in the front desk doesnt seem very friendly either. They messed up my order but i didnt make a big deal. Dont think Ill ever go back. One of the worse place i had lunch.

Their ginger lobster is to die for! Also, try their peppery fried shrimp, you will not regret it! The servers are so nice, and when youre a regular, they remember your order correctly.
