Food is delicious. Smoothies are fantastic. But 25 minutes in the drive-thru, with only 3 cars ahead of me? I totally understand that this isnt "fast food", but almost half an hour from start to finish is long enough to cook a whole familys sit-down meal. It took three minutes from paying for my order at the window to being handed my smoothie (which I ordered at least ten minutes before even reaching the payment window)--then eight MORE minutes before my sandwich was bagged. I love the food here, but with such slow service--even by very cheerful cashiers--it isnt worth such a long, long wait. Maybe more staff is needed?

My experience is always wonderful there. I always go through drive thru but today I decided to go in. The gentleman at the register was very kind. I loved his personality. I was looking for a new smoothie to try and he was very helpful, he recommended the bahama mama smoothie which I was a little unsure about but I ordered it and it was a pretty great smoothie. I absolutely love the staff there , they always have my order correct. Never any complaints. Great staff. Overall really impressed.

Tonight was my third visit to this location and the second time my order was incorrect; my order was missing an item each time. Also, on the two occasions that I have ordered inside (vs the drive-thru) the staff were arguing over who was responsible for specific tasks. If you decide to give them a try, I recommend that you closely check your order before leaving because they clearly dont care if they get it right.

Healthy drinks preferably Smoothies you can customize and protein supplements and vitamins available to add in, Also Smoothies they have that will fill you up with fresh fruit and Healthy food for lunch breakfast or dinner!I enjoy this location day or night. VERY HEALTHY ALSO A BONUS TO ME DAILY You can add anything Healthy from a chicken Caesar salad to a Flatbread!

Love love love this place and I absolutely expect to wait for maybe 10 mins, especially through drive-thru... but for 2 smoothies and 2 sandwiches and been at drive-thru for honestly, 18 minutes now. Im worried for the people behind me, too!! Ugh, kind of deters me from coming here and wanting to do the drive to Dartmouth, instead :/

Love the food and smoothies, but the place smells like a septic tank. Im here now and very much grossed out by it. It was the same a month ago, but I figured maybe just a one time thing. Clearly I was wrong. ..gag. think I well just go to Dartmouth from now on. Too bad, the service is great.

I love this place, its were I go for lunch at least twice a week. The best part is using the app to order before I arrive cuts out the wait,and pays all at the same time. I strongly recommend everyone who comes to Fairhaven stop in for at least a Smoothie and a meal. Cant praise the servers enough

Im usually at the one in Dartmouth but I was in fairhaven and stopped here. I love their kids smoothies because the larger ones are too much for me to finish but theyre delicious and I love the healthy food options as well

If I could afford their high prices Id get a smoothie every day. $8 for a smoothie and a half, which includes a half salad or sandwich of your choice, is my suggestion for a healthy filling meal for a light eater.
