Food is decent but I have never been so frustrated by a food places service so much in my life. I literally had to scream into the phone to be heard (mind you I just talked to someone before and was heard fine). The guy did not know what was on their own menu. He then proceeded to get angry saying he could not understand me. I speak very clear and pronounce my words with care coming from a customer service centric profession so I know I am not hard to understand. Service should be the number one priority of a restaurant and they fail miserably in that regard.

This is the worst place to order/eat Chinese food at. Place always smells like sweat , there is no place to sit so they need to take the site down about eating in there and youll always see weird people coming in drunk or loud swearing at someone. Its so big so were are the tables and chairs and decorations that looks inviting. People need to observe the establishment where they eat at.

i ordered here last night and found a roach leg fried into my crab Rangoon. on top of that the food tasted like they poured a whole box of salt on everything!!..i will never ever in my human life order from here again. this is ridiculous..i wish i could put a negative zero star. horrible horrible. i wouldnt wish this food on my worst enemy!

i recently moved to Boston from New york (unfortunately).. their service is horrible. they`re the only restaurant that i know of that does delivery and not surprisingly their service SUCKS not to mention the food is bad. nasty, soggy and bland. i give this restaurant a -0.

I ordered a simple beef and broccoli with shrimp fried rice. It was so salty I couldnt eat it I called to discuss this with the manager or whoever was in charge I was told black people love salt and he hung up but not before he told me no refunds. Never again

Love it...the best neighborhood Chinese restaurant Ive tasted thus far....I usually never eat fast food Chinese food. .. dont even live in Dorchester. ..but for this I will take that ride. ..the best ..100% trust me house rice slamin egg foo young the bomb
