I was a loyal customer of 10 years until 06/06/20. I placed an order at 11:57pm. I should have known there would be something wrong. Between taking my order and delivering my food it took only 15 minutes. Lets just say the place was closing at 12:30 pm and it would have been both professional and proper to say you are closing instead of delivering something inadequate to eat. That was the fastest $40.20= food; $2.50= delivery charge/tip + $5.00 I graciously gave for a tip. I phoned the manager to get a refund/credit my account for the pink chicken and dry odd tasting chicken lo mein. Not a chance, in fact he was very rude and told me not to call back. Not to worry, I wouldnt call you unless I wanted mange or a death wish. What ever happened to: The customer is always right, or the customer comes first??? Not only did this place lose my business, but also the business of my family, friends and acquaintances and that of the two other people sharing the meal with me!!!! and their family, friends and acquaintances. Good riddens China Sky! Will very much miss their wonderful, pleasant and very friendly drivers though. The manager doesnt cook as great as his father. The food has gone downhill and fast. Looking for the almighty dollar is greedy instead of keeping your customers happy. Especially those of us "loyal" customers and your dear father who helped the business go far and loved keeping his customers happy. Your father was the best cook around and was loved by many. You dont fit in his shoes. " Wanted" professional, well mannered, well rounded and great chef for China Sky Restaurant. When the present so called cook/Mgr. Has left for good, Ill well be back!

I have order from this place a couple of time. The food was not so bad. However, the other day I called and because I had to repeat the order to him and he didnt like my tone he terminated the call. I never even raised my voice, swore or anything to this man. I called again NOT to say any rude AT All and he disconnected the call again with out letting me speak. I called again upset and told him how I always order from there. I he must have been the manager because I cant imagine an employee being this disrespectful. He said "I dont care!!!" and more things. Mind you have not ever really gave him a reason to act this way. I have never experience someone soo unprofessional. ITS A BUSINESS !!! how can someone treat a customer (who thank god was in a good mood and did not at any moment over react) that way. I WILL NEVER EVER CALL OR GO HERE AGAIN!!! Imagine...I ordered from the menu moo shi chicken. "We have not had that in years." No one orders it. But it is still on the menu. So I asked for Cashew Chicken. There was chicken alright, but no cashews. $30.00 plus later I brought food back to my friends and they didnt want to eat it What does that tell you, besides the violations. Dont even think of eating this food. Bad and worse.

Never had the same experience at this place. Went there a couple of times and service quality is never the same. I would rate a 4 stars the day I had a big family meeting there. The duck was delicious and service was perfect. A 3 stars the other times, food was good, specially their steamed selection and wonton soup but service does not always follow ...

The fact that I an 50 years old and I have been eating at the China Sky since I was 6 years old tells alot. They know their customers! They give large servings; their food is delicious; they deliver fast and everyone is very outgoing and pleasant! The prices are great!

I bought a large order of wings and got home to find no napkins in the bag. I called back to tell him that he forgot the napkins, he said, "We dont give out napkins to black people unless they ask for them." Woe!!!!!!!!

Love this restaurant. I tried other places and I always come back. Food here is natural and dose not irritate my sensitive system. In 8 years coming here I never had any problems and the service is great. Thank you.

Website says restaurant is open until 1am , I called at 12:15 onwards and no answer , and even if they did answer the service is terrible , you ask for feedback to fix things like this so please fix it

This is the best freaking Chinese food place in the Dorchester bar none. I recommend this place to everyone I know, and have done so for years Order from this place, you will not regret it.
