I will never come here again. The General Manager, Reed, was very combative towards us. The one star is for the delicious food. Myself and two others came here on a Friday night a little after dinner time. We were seated right away and the server took our order shorty after. We waited, and waited and waited for over 40 minutes. The restaurant was not packed at the time and we saw several pizzas come in and out of the oven- but no sight of ours. I was finally able to flag down our server (who was obviously over worked and stressed) to see if we could get an estimate on how much longer it may be before we get our pizza. She said she would come back and let us know in a minute but never did. The general manager leaned over our table and said "Pizza will be out soon guys. Were busy". In return I said "Okay, but this is getting very frustrating because weve been waiting for over an hour at this point". He looked at me and very slowly repeated "I said... the pizza will be out soon" as if we were incompetent. At that point my blood was boiling. I told the manager that this was ridiculous and he said "well I can just cancel the order". Hell no. Weve been waiting that long, we arent leaving without a pizza. A few minutes later the general manager brought us our pizza and gave us another sarcastic apology. This time he said "sorry I cant really change the past. you can see were busy." I was being as nice as I possibly could in the moment, but I was heated. I didnt even look at him and grabbed a slice of the pizza. Its too bad the pizza was so delicious. If the GM handled the situation differently, Id be back for more. When we were done eating, the General Manager brought us our check and said "I pulled the time stamp. You went here for over an hour. You were only here for an hour. See." and he pointed to the check. I said "even waiting 1 hour is ridiculous...and you shouldnt argue with a customer" He told me "Im not arguing... Im pointing out where your story was obviously flawed and false" So at that point he called me a liar. He said he originally wanted to take the pizza off and was going to offer us dessert, but realized that "nothing was going to make me happy so its probably best if we just leave and choose a different restaurant next time" Hold up-In what world do you argue with the customer, call them a liar, say you can never make them happy and then tell them to go somewhere else next time? In the service industry, you should always have the mentality that the customer is always right. If I said I was waiting for over an hour- then its your job to say "Im so sorry, that is ridiculous. You shouldnt be waiting that long". You dont call them a liar, and you try to gain their business back again in any way you can. You say "Im very sorry we fell short tonight. We really hope you give us another try down the road". After actually being yelled at by Reed, I will never be back. Please do not go here unless you want to be degraded, and insulted while you wait 2 hours to eat your delicious pizza.

I went to this restaurant after a really bad day, thinking that I Will have a better day but not... The restaurant was empty at the moment just one person with his family seating on the patio, 3 hosts and no one said hi Welcome or anything.. I dont care about that but the host try seat me right next to another person who had two kids, I have 2 myself, my daughter is one Year old, my son is 3 years old, I ask him on a very nice way can seat on the other side he said not and walk away, I went inside and ask to the other host who it was Asian looking on his late 30, can seat were I want he said no we seat you guys. He can out side with a really bad attitude and ask me were you want to seat?? I told him over there he said show me, it wasnt very pleasure having a conversation with that person not professional or polite. The food was great but not one really smile at all. My biggest question is the Asian guy is the owner of the Restaurant?? He really acted like was going to eat a free meal. Sorry for this review but on the long run will help you as restaurant businesses. Again the food is good and the location is money!!!

Friday night had just a short wait for a table. 2 new to us ciders available and it definitely smelled amazing. 3 of us at the table, orders were shaved steak rolls, bacon cheesy fries, napolitan pizza, a couple of salads and the house burger. Pizza smelled amazing, fries are exactly what we needed on a cold windy night after a long week. And the burger, oh yeah that burger. Caramelized onions, blue cheese and bacon on a burger delicious enough to stand alone. We ALL had boxes coming home with us. pro tip: IF you get the burger, order it on the rarer side of medium rare... so when you dont finish it, you can bring it home and heat it up in the microwave the next day without ruining it. Well be back. Only downside was that it was impossible to find parking nearby. Had to walk a few blocks in some seriously cold wind to get there.

My first experience with this place I have been wanting to try was disappointing. Heading into work I ordered the Prosciutto Tortellini for takeout. When handed the bag after paying $16.00, I immediately noticed how light it felt. Well, when I opened the meal, it was apparent why it felt that way. In the big aluminum tray, you could actually count the embarrassingly small number of tortellini. It was tasty enough, and there is something to be said for quality over quantity, but this was ridiculous. A couple of bites and it was done. If you are going to charge that much for a pasta dish, then skimpy is not the way to go! Unfortunately, this is really all I have to go on, and unless I decide to try again, and receive a meal sized portion instead of an appetizer, then I cannot recommend.

Although a bit confused by the temporary 20% service pre-charge, we enjoyed our experience at TreMonte. We had the Wedge salad and Hawaiian Pizza. Both dishes were made to our satisfaction. One small thing, Im sure it doesnt happen often: my first bite, I bit into something like cardboard. A little put off by it but it doesnt hurt my overall impression of this restaurant. Its one of the better restaurants to go to in Lowell on a Friday night for a casual dinner.

They are racist and cheap ,,,the beers are hot and the pizza come out cold ,,,small burgers and they throw away your take out or your left over and they try to make you pay for it twice, ,i cant believe the way the manager handle the restaurant ,,,very racist and unprofessional, ,,last time i spending my money at that place,,,some one should teach him how to treat a paying costumers,,,no matter there color ,,,raze, religion or preferences, ,,but karma is sweet

Have gone twice, both times the waitstaff has been extremely wonderful and helpful. The food Ive eaten seen and smelled have been delicious. Home made chili cheese fries are next level with one of the top chili soups Ive ever tasted. Chicken wings have a nice flavor with a good initial crunch. Onion rings are outta this world. Drinks have been potent and yummy. Pizza is wonderful also but I think some of the other menu items deserve some unexpected praise.
