Let me first say that I love the ice cream at Bedford Farms. The experience, not so much. The teenagers manning the counters are not the problem, but whoever manages them is. First of all, they need to be taught how to make a sundae. When the nuts are under the whipped cream and around the inside of the cup, not to mention same part nuts to same part ice cream, that doesnt work for me. And no cherries? My husband asks for the cherry bomb flavor, sorry they dont have it. So he decides to settle on a frappe, orders it, the girl comes back after a minute and tells him they have no milk. Hmm, do you think the huge Wegmans right outside the door might have some? Perhaps they should be allowed to take $10 out of petty cash and buy some milk? I think some more attention needs to made to running this store. With just the loss of my familys business...based on your prices...well, that adds up.

Went in today around 5:30 and left at 5:50 w/o ice cream. I was one of 6 customers in the store and I was next in line. The store has two counters one was occupied by two young men and the other by three ladies. Maybe I didnt get any ice cream because two of the five girls behind the counter were flirting with the guys and spilled a milkshake all over themselves and the counter. The other three were surrounding one of the ladies that could not decide what she wanted. Bedford Farms bad customer has great ice cream but bad customer service; at least today...

Awful customer service by the girls who work here. Always putting their phones and conversations over customers and at times, blatantly ignoring customers they dont want to serve. Last time (and I mean the last time I will ever go in) I went in the soft serve machine was producing borderline soup and the girl still served it to me, saying there was nothing wrong with it. Avoid at all costs. Buy a pint and some cones at Wegmans for 6 bucks and have ice cream at home.

Ive been here a few times and they never ask us if we want anything on our ice cream, or even a cone! Its always some unhappy high school girl who plops the ice cream in a paper cup. The ice cream isnt even worth $7. I should have just gotten a pint from a gas station. This place sucks.

The third ave location is super convenient, and the ice cream is delicious. Portions are huge though, so just be aware of that. The store is clean and well maintained, and the staff is generally upbeat and polite.

Great locally made ice cream. I frequent their Bedford location so Im very happy a new one has opened near where I work. Portions are quite large, but whos going to complain about that!

Best ice cream around, I live 2 miles from Kimballs but drive all the way to Bedford Farms when I want an ice cream. Lindsay makes the best frappe I have ever had.
