If i could give this company any less stars I would. The place is a hole in the wall. Their building is falling apart causing the presentation of the restaurant to be deplorable. The attitude of the management is to say the least, disgusting. Their customer service skills also leave something to be desired. They talk to you on the phone with sarcasm and things like "Yeah?! What do you want??" I was given a soggy sandwich when I ordered from there one time with a few co workers. The sandwich was not mine and the individual who it belonged to asked for their money back. The delivery man ( WHO IS THE OWNER!!!) came to deliver the next time OVER A MONTH LATER and tried to pick a fight with ME! It was not even me that returned the sub!! I have heard endless stories about this owner mouthing off to everyone who knows this place!! Other times the owner STICKS AROUND AFTER THE DELIVERY to TALK to people at your workplace!! I was embarrassed to have chosen this place for lunch at work! One time when he came to do the delivery he MADE ME get the pizza out of the back of the car and didnt even get out of the car! This is after he called me five minutes before he was got there and made me stand outside in the cold wasting time on the clock! I implore you DONT GO HERE!!! The place has major sanitation issues I have no idea how they are still in business. After this one time of (not even me my friend) returning something for something that was their fault he literally asked me "if you didnt like the food why did you order from us again?" I guess he has enough business he can afford to piss off and lose customers. Try north end pizza its just up the street!

we tryed to order food one night but the guy who answered didnt speak good english and didnt know what we was saying.He took only my boyfriends order and not mine so we canceled order.delivery guy came only with my bfs order so we sent it back n toldm we canceled awhile ago he left n was nice about it.BUT then we got a phone call from a woman from there swearing and yelling at us saying how dare we order food then not take it and whats wrong with her food.She was rude and VERY VERY unprofessional and furthermore she didnt even know the whole story and didnt even give us a chance to explain before her rant and raving and swearing.I dont recomend going here but thats just my opinion..Ide rather go to a place where customers are treated with respect..Hope they learn better customer service and learn how to deal with problems lololol because that lady definatley has problems.hahaha

I ordered a buffalo finger dinner delivery for lunch today. The buffalo fingers looked like red died Tyson chicken strips from the freezer, except the edges which were somehow black. They didnt even have an essence of buffalo sauce. The fries were bland and soggy, no salt. The soggy may have been due to the delivery, but today was the first time i have ever taken a picture of food it was so bad. The delivery was quick though. This was the second time and last time Ill order from here.

I ordered a small pastrami sub. It was done in the time they said it would be (15 minutes) and it was juicy yet not greasy. It tasted great and the price cant be beat (under $6)! I would totally go back again and try other items on the menu.

The food is what youd expect for one $. Its nothing special but very solid, though the chicken fingers are the best in the area. The people there are the best part and theyre very pleasant!

These are great, hard working people who are very kind. The ladies refer to me as "hun" so once Im there Im family. They almost always say thank you when I walk out the door. Great place!
