Disregard the "open" sign folks!! And the sign in the door that states their hours of operation. The heavy set woman with the turnan just turned away 20 people stating that their store closes at 945, not 10am. What a terrible way to do business! I will be on the phone with corporate office in the morning. Wasted my time and my gas driving here today to be turned away.

Ice cream is always great, as expected from the Baskin Robbin bran. This location at the gate of Andrews Airforce Base is a disappointment. Their serving size is a rip off. Try my favorite location in college park before the beltway on route one. Great service and the right amount for your money.

The worst service ever! I placed an order to have my son a cake made and when I called to pick it up the cake wasnt ready so they told me they would call me the next day when it was ready. Never received an call from them. Definitely requesting a refund.
