Awful staff who do not know what theyre doing. I picked a brownie sundae and the guy told me I can only choose 1 scoop. The menu ONLINE AND IN-STORE CLEARLY shows 2 scoops, and it took 5 minutes for them to figure that out. There was also another staff member cleaning grease and gunk from the ceiling RIGHT ABOVE the ice cream buffet. Thats a health hazard.
