I called twice she answered so fast the first time and put me on hold, i was left saying hello for 30 seconds so i hung up and called again and thats when i realize that she said goldenchinaholdon . so after waiting i ask her how much for 4 wings and french fries, she said 6.70 so i said ok ( word for word) give me 5 orders of 4 wings, 3 with fried rice 2 with french fries. she repeats the order to me and tells me the total. so i send my cousin to go pick it up and he returns wth 3 plates of 4 wings with fried rice and 2 , 3 wings with fries. i call the to tell them of their mistake and she denys it and says i ordered what she wrote i said no and my 4 cousins who were there when i ordered said thats not what i ordered. i told her i was going to send my cousin back to get the missing wings and she said that i would have to pay 2.50 for the wings i said but you made the error. she said its not my fault i wrote down the wrong thing. so thats enough to get it 2 stars . what killed it was the food was so flavorless the rice look like white rice with veggies and tasted worst.... im sorry im a firm believer you have to go to the hood to get good chinese carry out.

I was in a hotel with my girlfriend. And we needed to eat something. Mcdonalds and Friendlys right across the street, but definitely dont like either of them. So we checked around to see what places delivered. Golden China came up first. So I ordered a general tso chicken and my girl ordered a combo lomein. We got the food in less than 30 minutes which in my opinion, was very good. I tried out the chicken, and it definitely had a distinct flavor. Not the usual chicken you get anywhere else. But ofcourse it still had lots of batter and not much actual chicken, but the flavor..... It tasted like it was fresh off a charcoal grill. Which I actually kinda liked. We both had some lomein, and it was typical. Kinda greasy, not much flavor. In my experience, it wasnt bad. I liked my dish. But I only tried out 2 dishes from their extensive menu. So maybe you might experience better or worse? Should give this place a try tho.

If they had no stars i would put that. These are the most worst, disgusting, rudest people Ive ever delt with. The food is absolutely nasty. I ordered the general tso chicken with fried rice. The rice was stale the chicken was nasty it, smelt weird, and the meat was tough to chew. Never order from here ever! We demanded our money back and they threatened to call the police on u because, they kept hanging up and we kept calling back for our money. They pretended they couldnt hear me on the phone and spoke in Chinese. But they have no problem speaking in English when they were getting paid, when we placed our order. Never order from here the only way we couldnt get our money is through the bank. Thank god we paid with a credit card, otherwise we would have been up the creek. Their food wasnt worth all of this hassle. Id rather cook at home then to order their filth.

My food was Awesome! The customer service is not up to PAR. I called to place my order and I asked about the crabmeat rangoons but I wanted the half order from the online menu. The clerk told me that they didnt have an online menu, so I confirmed the name of the restaurant and the address because I was clearly looking at their online menu. The clerk advise me that it would be 30 mins. The food arrived sooner. The delivery guy did not take credit cards, I was supposed to pay over the phone. This was my first time ordering from there, so I was unaware. I called Golden China and the same clerk was rude. The delivery guy was nice and patient. I would order from there again. I just know to pay first.

i am not sure how old these reviews are or who in the world wrote them...however its 7/24/2013 and i ordered from this place. The food arrived within 15 ish minutes of me ordering. They took credit card, and best of all the food was great. If anything i would recommend you try to the chicken and brocoli (this is what i ordered) however if you are in the need for Chinese food, this place will definitely deliver. Definitely go ahead and order and dont let these odd negative reviews throw you off.

The General Tsos Chicken I ordered came up as something that was fried to a jaw breaking crisp with little or no hint of chicken. The only thing positive about the experience was the cheap price and quick order, though in hindsight that was probably the main factor to the quality of my order.
