Second visit in 2 weeks that has been an unpleasant experience. Seems this store is more focused on speed than accuracy lately. Youre forced to order from one of the three employees who stand at your car and stare at you waiting to take your order rather than having the opportunity to actually take a minute and look at the menu. Ordered the wrong meal because of this last week, spoke to the Manager Veronica ... She said come back for a replacement order. Went back today and was told its against their policy to do this in the drive thru and to "drive around" to the window. I was greeted at the window by a young man who had no clue what was going on. He handed me my bag sending me on my way, not even realizing no one had swiped my "Chick Fil A" calendar card for the separate drink I had ordered. Told him he needed to charge me for this drink and both him and Veronica acted as though it was an inconvenience. I guess next time Ill be dishonest ? Opened my food and fries were cold along with no condiments. Poorly run location.

Service here was always great until tonight when I ordered my spicy chicken. The chicken was spoiled!!!! You can see the the inside was super brown. I went to ask for another and the the manager lady was looking at me like Im retarded or something, she then forgot to put my order in so I stood there for 10 minutes. I finally got my sandwich and the sandwich was super cold. The cheese wasnt melted on my sandwich its like they just took it out the refrigerator. Apparently the cheese dont come melted according to them. All they had to do was warm my sandwich up but I guess that was too much to ask because it seems as if me spending my money there was a bother. Ill gladly take my refund and spend my funds else where.

The service is great, i work for a chick-fil-a too so i know what to expect, but the portion is off. My kids fruit cups were ridiculously small, few fruit n not even to the fill line... twice!, n todays salad was the worst... the grilled fillet is shredded so much its minced! N the salad looks like somebodys left overs... so little. Im already getting a salad... y not make it a good amount of LBS ?.

The best chicken sandwich, it is clean and healthy, the only problem in Martin plaza location is they dont give you enough ketchup and mayonnaise when you make an order in drive-thru, i always tell them but they just put two of each one, no matter if its small or big orders. But honestly is one of my favorites restaurants.

I go to chick fil a all the time. But one thing thats making me mad is the fact that the workers. The ones who clean tables and push trash down with bare hands and wipe off trays. Then they ask you if you want a refill. Well that to me is gross. You know how many germs they are putting from one place to another.

Normally the best service around Baltimore, but this morning they ran out of coffee, it wasnt just me that was affected but 3 other customers were too. This caused a backup exiting the drive thru and people had to park in the parking lot. How does a place serving breakfast run out of coffee?

We have never been disappointed at this location. We have always received fresh and hot food, as well as quick, efficient service and have not had a problem yet with our orders being wrong. My husband comes here almost once per week.

Went through drive through at 3pm on a Saturday. Kind of slow service but the reason Im leaving a 2 star review is because my sandwich and my childs sandwich was room temperature. Serve hot food hot...that is food safety 101.
