Im not sure whats wrong with many of the reviewers, but Little Caesars has the best pizza ever. Yeah, the ingredients cost less, and they dont put a much work into the baking as a fancy, hand tossed, gourmet place, but if you associate great taste with cost, you probably love the taste of loose change. (Yeah, you know where thats been.) The facilities at this location are a bit run down, but the friendly service makes up for it.

Solid and fast customer service! I was waited on and checked out in under 5 min with two other customers at the same time. Giving three stars though because the hot n ready, though fresh from the oven, was severely lacking... I dont blame the store just the chain and its choice of ingredients. Ive had much better Little Caesars elsewhere.

The Little Caesars in Laurel Maryland has got to be one of the worst branches of this company Ive ever been to. On two different occasions they had no pizzas ready for their hot and ready promotion. Today they can only take cash because their equipment not working poor poor poor customer service

Terrible terrible, the employees there are awful. Theres never anything hot and ready. The dinner rush is always full of people waiting in line to order or to pick up food. Seems that the individuals who work there are poorly trained and need some customer service training ASAP!!!!

Whoever heard of a pizza company not answering their phones at 12 pm. Even if it is peak hours, someone should be able to answer the phone. Oh well, I was trying to call to place a big order for our office. I guess I take my business elsewhere. :-(
