Very cute place and VERY clean. The staff was kind and efficient. They serve both soft serve and traditional hard serve ice cream. The hard serve is Hershey brand and its delicious. The only reason for the 4 stars is that we had to wait in line for 20 minutes just for ice cream last weekend. In their defense, we did visit right after a local youth cross country meet, but they seemed unprepared for small crowd surges. They ran out of 4 to 5 of the most popular flavors but never removed the option from the list, so when we finally got to place our order, 3 of the 4 flavors were not available. Even after those minor issues, I would still go back because the ice cream was delicious and the service was great.

Everyone was outside watering the gorgeous flowers. We pulled up and I took my obviously distressed daughter out and asked for a bathroom. The woman told me to go to the gas station, which we had tried and the bathroom was out of order. It was 10:25am, they opened at 11am and she couldnt be bothered to let a little girl use the restroom. Where I come from kindness goes a LONG WAY. I am the kind of person who sees a child needs a restroom immediately and would be more than happy to accommodate. Needless to say, wont EVER come or recommend this place to anyone.

Be cautious at the entrance/exit. Im watching people pull their cars into traffic with one hand one the wheel while sucking down a face full of sweetened bovine lactate in the other hand. It upsets my stomach in more ways than one. And its not red according to my wife; its burgundy. But its not French either. This place is mildly terrifying, but they tell me the food is good.

We accidentally ran into the Little Red Barn Ice Cream Shop after we went canoeing. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond for our order. My husband asked me if I had to choose between The Barn and Cold Stone, which would I choose. Little Red Barn won hands down. Its homie yet tasty!

OMG this place is absolutely adorable! I was just passing through and decided to stop in for lunch and some coffee. Im so glad I did! The employees were so friendly ,the food tastes great, and the coffee was good! I will definitely make a plan to stop by if I come through this town again

Very friendly staff and really good food. I always get the club sandwich and it never disappoints. The ice cream they serve is Hersheys so you know its good. I only wish the prices were a little lower and they had more outdoor seating.

This was an adorable little spot that my fiance and I happened upon when we made a wrong turn, and it was such a great "mistake". Good food, quick and pleasant service, adorable decor and good music. Would recommend!!!!

Love this place. I recommend everyone in Frederick or anyone passing by visit red barn. Great snacks, a little pricey but worth it. Great thing about it is it is right off of the highway.
