The food wasnt bad ,but the chicken was a bit dry and the shrimp tasted raw. only 15 min after finishing my meal I begin to throw-up. I called the restaurant and they were nice for the most part but all that changed when I ask to speak with the manager she was very mean rude and nasty. and she told me there was nothing they could do for me. (all I wanted was a refund or an order with no shrimp just the chicken. as I think it was the shrimp that caused me to throw up not the chicken) I worked in the restaurant industry for severely years and customer service was always our number one goal.Messing up is one thing it happens to everybody from time to time but not owning up to your mistakes and taking care of you customer that to me is the biggest problem not the food.

I ordered quite a bit of food last night when I ordered the delivery they told me it would take 30 to 45 minutes it took 1:15 - 1:20 to come and when it did the food was ice cold so I called and spoke with the owner to tell her my concern and she said theres nothing she can do which is very disturbing because Ive ordered from them quite a bit of times. So that should me that they do not care about there customers or customer service all their concern about is getting their money so I will never order from them again there are so many more amazing Chinese restaurants that do care about there customers and go that extra mile for them unlike Spring garden I recommend New Village - Hunan café - Café Hong Kong then ever ordering from Spring Garden.

First things first, the food was wonderful and exactly what I expect of Chinese food. The reason I give it three stars is because of service. I called to place an order for delivery and the woman taking my order as rude and short. What really left me baffled was that after giving the delivery man payment which also included a tip, he had the audacity to ask "can you give me a tip?". I found that to be extremely unprofessional and distasteful especially since I already included it.

Ordered delivery - fairly quick delivery, order taker wasnt very pleasant, seemed upset and not pleased to be talking to me. Food was okay, but not great, although it was very hot and fresh when it arrived. Szechuan chicken was spicy and delicious. Pork fried rice left a lot to be desired, just not much flavor. Overall, a very respectable, decent option, but nothing to write home about.

Just finished my dinner -- and it was great! Weve tried several other Chinese restaurants in Germantown -- and this has been our favorite by far! The sesame chicken was tasty but not greasy (like so many other places!!!), and the mixed veggies were the freshest Ive had (it was obvious they were fresh -- not canned or frozen). Well definitely be ordering from here again!

this is the only Chinese restaurant that I would recommend in Germantown . Mr.k that I ordered from I found pieces of items in my food,so I stop eating from that place. my guy friend was telling me about this place so I decided to check it out Customer service still needs to work on a service but their food is great. The driver is very rude and disrespectful.

Everytime I order from this place its AMAZING! Im to the point now where I just ask the nice lady for a suggestion and EVERYTIME I absolutely love the food. I have never left a comment on here before but, I definitely feel its due to the wonderful establishment! Thank you from Birdseye Dr! MY FAVORITE CHINESE FOOD EVER!!!!!

OH MY GOD! This place is awesome! Got General Tsos and replaced the white rice with fried rice. Everything was great. The food was hot. Service could be a little better, but I wasnt complaining since the food was awesome! Definitely will be coming back to this place whenever I work in the area.

Surly service, from one who doesnt wish to be there, mixed with bland food that is delivered in styrofoam containers with plastic forks establishes this restaurant as the nadir of Chinese places available in Germantown. Threw the food away, rather than risk the under cooked shrimp.

I ordered the ma pa tofu. The food was not that tasty at all, even hot sauce couldnt fix this mess. The worst part about it, there was a full piece of shrimp inside of my VEGETARIAN food. This is my first and last time that I will order from this place.

Its a carry out place so the decor is irrelevant. Food is good every time we buy it. Crab wontons are delicious as are the dumplings. Not sure about the other negative reviews as it is what it is take out food. We enjoy it

First time trying this place. It was great. Crispy eggplant was yummy. Rice noodles were great. We also got beef and broccoli, Kung pao chicken and orange chicken. Not greasy. Great flavor!!!! Would definitely recommend!

The attendant is EXTREMELY RUDE! Just so happens the food is very good. And They are one of the few locations that have real BROWN rice. Even brown fried rice. They also have many tofu/bean curb selections as well.

They are "Biased" to those who will pay on the spot OR order on the spot, else this is a very unprofessional place to place your order. They wont even pick your call the 2nd time.
