THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! THEY MADE ME WAIT OVER AN HOUR TO RECIEVE MY FOOD DUE TO THEM DEALING WITH A HIGH VOLUME OF CUSTOMERS AND THEN MESSED THE ORDER UP! AFTER BEING PATIENT FOR OVER AN HOUR AND FINALLY RECIEVING THE INCORRECT ORDER, WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER I WAS TOLD SHE WAS ON VACATION. THE ACTING MANAGER NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR ANY INCONVIENCE AND PROCEEDED TO TRY TO DEFEND THE COMPANY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. WHEN I ASKED DOES THE MANAGER HAVE A EMAIL ADDRESS OR CONTACT NUMBER FOR COMPLAINTS, I WAS TOLD "NO THEY GO BY A MAILING SYSTEM". AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THE ACTING MANAGER ABOUT MY COMPLAINTS. THE OWNER WHO WAS STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO HER FINALLY SPOKE UP AND SAID SHE WAS THE OWNER AND SHE APOLOGIZED. AT THIS POINT WE HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 8MINS. I DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHY THE OWNER DIDNT JUST ADDRESS THE COMPLAINT AS SOON AS SHE SAW THE ACTING MANAGER WAS UNABLE TO HANDLE THE SITUATION. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GIVING THIS BUSINESS THEIR MONEY. THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICES AND PROFESSIONALISM.

This place has no business calling itself "NY Deli". We ordered two bagels, from their limited selection of plain, everything, cinnamon raisin, and honey wheat. There were no bagel sandwich/topping options, not even smoked salmon. The bagels were packaged behind the counter, and they certainly didnt taste like there were delivered from NY. We were charged TEN dollars for an everything bagel with cream cheese and a honey wheat bagel with cream cheese, prosciutto, and tomato. We waited at least ten minutes in the freezing restaurant and when we finally bit into the bagels, they were lukewarm! The cream cheese was COLD - not spread onto the bagel or melted at all. Extremely not worth the money or the wait. Youre better off going down the road to Wegmans - their bagels are made fresh, they have a huge variety, different flavors of cream cheese, and fresh lox.

Very good sandwiches!! Noticed in the past few years that its had a change of ownership, but they have managed to keep running it as it never changed. I didnt give it four stars just cause I know what a real pastrami or corn beef sandwich NY style taste like. With that said, I still think they do a nice job. The service is very good as well.

Food isnt the worst, but its certainly not the best. Ordered delivery twice now to a business (with 2 food orders) and today it took over an hour for our breakfast to be delivered. I understand businesses get busy but to have stark cold scrambled eggs and potatoes is not okay and a huge disappointment.

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Fries were not good, and the burger was tough in some parts and just wasnt good. I ordered Breakfast before, french toast and eggs, and the french toast wasnt good, it was burnt. ::sigh:: so this was my own fault. Anyway, I do not recommend :/

No seating available with pullout chairs so my friend in wheelchair can eat. We have to go someplace else. Discrimination against the elderly and handicapped only happens in really bad unclean poorly thought out places. Half star.

I get breakfast delivered from here all the time to my job(Home Depot). Very good and (usually) pretty quick. My favorite are the egg platters. Very affordable and very filling so I always recommend.

I love their sandwiches! Excellent service and very fresh vegetables. My favorite is the central park powerhouse sandwich. The delivery service for breakfast and lunch is also very convenient.

Just had the best sub Ive ever had! An awesome italian cold cut - fresh meat and cheese, great dressing, just fantastic! And the fries were really good too! Go check it out!
