Didnt plan on going here, kind of walked past and just stopped in. Had only gotten an iced coffee, but my girlfriend had gotten vanilla ice cream in a cone and bought fudge for my mom. Both were very pleased. The service was quick, store was busy but I was still helped within minutes of walking in. Girls behind the counter were very polite, knowledgeable and served us with a smile. All around great place.

I loved the ice cream, the smell of the shop from the outside was wonderful. I think that the business shop was waay to small for the crouds. The limited edition smores ice cream was amazing. I personnaly love the waffle cone. The workers were fast, and friendly. In addition to some of the best ice cream you will have, this treat shop has home made confections that will make you want to sit outside their parlor and try everything they offer. Located on a very scenic old town Annapolis road, Kilwins is a great place to beat the heat while you people watch tourist, locals, and do not forget the Navy school students.

Although the ice cream is delicious, Im disappointed that your military discount is exclusive to midshipmen. I had 2 active duty army friends come visit, and when they asked they were quite disappointed and felt disrespected. I wont be going back until the exclusivity is gone. You give to all active or none at all.

Fantastic assortment of flavors and styles... Friendly and courteous staff... Always a line in the summer, but it moves quickly... Very popular place for an after-dinner dessert. Great asssortment of chocolates, too! Some good choices for gifts for the holidays. Only complaint is they dont validate for parking.

Perfect ice cream, well worth a visit. Highly recommend the homemade waffle cones. I had the ice cream cookie icecream and loved it, and my kids were impressed as well, so has to be good. Price was reasonable and it really reminded me of ice cream parlours in Italy. Massive selection of ice creams

Best ice cream in all of Annapolis! The lines get long in the summer but they move really quick, to me its just a sign that this place is incredible! The customer service was beyond amazing, I cant say enough good things about this spot!

Great ice cream and waffle cones! The layout of the store is awkward, with several columns in the way of where one would naturally walk, and the line breaks down as it approaches the counter, making the experience very chaotic.

Walked in for ice cream, but then I saw the glass cases full of candies and fudges and I didnt want to leave. Super friendly service and, though I didnt get anything else, the hand dipped ice cream was 10/10.

Great place for sweet treats. Their turtle cheesecake and butter pecan ice-creams were soft and delicious, and of course you cant miss out on the fudge. (Bonus star for samples)
