Worst customer service ever. My family ordred the 16 piece large meal and they forgot the utensils. When i asked for them the manager!! Thru them onto the table and sarcastically said sorry. Moreover when ordering the cashier asked if we were dining in, i had to tell him "dine in" several times. He was very spacey and wasnt even looking at me. I suspect some kind of intoxication of the sort. Even when i ordered half a gallon of soda and they gave me half a gallon of lemonade. They were angry with me saying we dont even have half gallons of soda. They could have explained that before i paid. Their rudeness is beyond unnecessary. I know this is cheap fast food but it isnt worth the narcasistic attitude. Not only is food part of the dining experience but the service and this place made our meal not enjoyable and very tasteful.

Everytime we go to this place, we end up disappointed. The food is was cold and the chalupa I ordered was hard and crunchy like it had been sitting there for the last 4 hours. The service is horrible, they constantly forget things and we have to go back, and the place is usually a mess. They really need a new crew or to retrain the current ones.

Worst experience ever. I made my order thru drive up and could not find my debit card. The young guy at window turned around and said to someone inside. I waited for her to pay but she was taking to f ing long. I was floored as well as the young lady that came up after him. I differently will not be going back...

Always in training mode with new employees, always out of what we want to order, floor and prep area always really messy, and if you requested to hold something off an order, you may get double of that. Have given this branch a dozen revisits in hopes of improvements.

Last 3 times Ive gone my order has been wrong. One time didnt get biscuits. Second time i got the wrong taco. Third time 2 of the 3 $5 fill up boxes were wrong. Could be improved.

Havent had chicken in so long. Place looks a bit old, but very friendly staff, and well... the chicken was good. (Keep in mind we were starving)
