For the most part this is a good store. My only complaint is with the bakery department. Someone needs to retrain them on making pastries. Their croissants are especially atrocious. I used to work in the bakery department at a different Hannaford so I can tell you that theyre either not letting their croissant dough defrost completely or theyre not letting them rise correctly because their croissants are dense and slightly doughy in the middle. I drive all the way to the Westbrook Hannaford to get my pastries when I want them.

The Brunswick Hannaford is excellently managed and staffed. There are rarely long lines at the checkout unless all lanes are available and the store is simply packed. Items are usually promptly stocked if available, and the store is clean and easy to navigate. Most of the departments are staffed with employees with considerable experience who can accurately assist with questions. Nothing exceptionally spectacular, but a decent and enjoyable-if rather standard- supermarket experience.

Great selection and they offered to help me outside. Only 4 stars because the cashier did not wait until my grandmother put away her money before zooming onto the next customer. Cashier did not thank us for shopping or greet us very friendly.

Hannaford is a great place to shop. Their prices are fair and they usually have amazing produce. They also have a drive up service where you can order your groceries online and pick them up outside from an employee who shopped for you.

Ibalways go to Hannaford over other grocers in the area. The store is always clean. Its easy to find products and the shevles are always well stocked. There are hours the store is packed but its easy to avoid on week days.

Fairly good organic and gluten-free options, as well as natural selections (veggie "potato" chips, for example). Great staff, although the service at self-checkout can be slow sometimes (but where isnt it these days?).
