This store is kept in excellent shape, with aisles wide and clean, produce section spacious and well-kept, and meat department neat. It is obvious that the staff check over the produce and do not leave overripe or rotten produce on the shelf. Staff are friendly and helpful, even if your question is not related to the department they are in. This store has a good selection of organic foods as well as a gluten-free section and some international foods. The prices are reasonable and noticeably lower than some of its competition. The only real complaint I can make about the store is that the checkout area gets rather crowded during the busy times (usually 4-6 pm on weekdays), so its a little tougher to navigate through that area to get to the various aisles from the front of the store.

Im not sure what one of the previous reviewers were talking about in reference to "wide open aisles" because this store insists on stocking shelves during peak shopping hours. There are most always aisles being taken up by either vendors or store employees stocking. Im also getting very tire of buying produce that is below par. Again today, purchased a watermelon and it was not worth the purchase. Threw half of it out after getting it home and cutting it up.

The staff is nice. The food is fairly diverse: Asian, Mexican,somrThai and if you ask, the staff is very helpful to find what you cant. Not sure about Halal, since pork and pork products as well as alcohol is sold here. I may ask the staff about it at some point and will check online, also.

The produce was mostly wilting, and there was a broken jam jar in one of the aisles that was not cleaned up. I told one of the employees about it, and he rolled his eyes, let out a sigh, and walked away without a word. This is a supermarket to avoid.

This Hannaford is a bit dated and small compared to the others around and the departments like produce and seafood can leave you wanting. Other than that it is the usual Hannaford goodness. If you are in SOPO it just makes sense to go.

Hanniford is great for the basics fish is wonderful just get the local fresh price will be good and quality top notch. Low ranking because of slow shelf restocking often done in the morning after the store is open.

Always have what were looking for. Usually pretty friendly staff. Only small complaint is the parking lot is far too small for the traffic they get - its always a cluster maneuvering around it.

I usually go in get what I want and leave. Its nice when you know the layout of the store. I like the salad bar but its nowhere near as good as what Shaws has for a salad bar.
