Not sure if al company staff cut down. However, I made 6 attempts to contact 2 different subways so that I could order a platter. Now, while I write this, I have been on hold waiting, in my office, at 731pm CST…. Still waiting….. Recommendation: Have someone available to answer phones and take orders. Or, do NOT offer party platters. Ridiculous!

Employee working almost every time I go in there is disrespectful and likes to joke around too much. Tonight I went in and he jokingly said, "Have a good night!" That was the first thing he said... He said, "Lets just skip to the last part." I almost walked right out of there. Not funny and not cool.
